I am having real problem logging in and ordering dog food. I have to order as a guest which means i have to input all my drtails every time which is a bit of a bore.
Can you resolve it please as i still want to order your wonderful products.

A very speedy service. Excellent website, easy to use and order what I needed. I ordered on Friday evening and delivery was received Monday morning. I was recommended to use Yora Direct by my daugher Zoe (ex Pets Coner) and I am very glad that I did. Thank you. Zoe sends a Hi to George.

Aside from a weird bug where my partner's phone and laptop don't seem to display the checkout properly forcing me to be the sole purchaser of the food, the product and service from Yora foods has been great. We have two elderly senior rescues and the light/senior along with some wet food and dental sticks is perfect for them and keeping them very healthy.
Delivery is excellent, they use a courier that in our area performs really well.
Never had any issues.

First class, my cats love you insect cat food.

Hi, my name is Willow. I’m going to be 3 in August 2026. I’m a miniature Dachshund. I’ve got a sensitive tummy, and can’t really eat other dog foods, despite my mummy and daddy trying various brands. This insect based stuff in really yummy and my tum tum loves it. My poopies are really good now and there’s none on that hurty stuff that goes on, and as my daddy says they’re not like Angel Delight anymore. They do make me a tad thirsty but that’s good, as drinking fresh water makes me feel great!! So if you’re looking for food that’s really tasty, isn’t full of nasty mechanicaly recovered neat, and is basically scrummy yummy in ya’ tummy give this a go!!! Toodles!!

We have used Yora dog food for a long time now, and have always been happy with both their products and their service…the dog is pretty happy too!

Amazing customer service! I am so grateful for the care the Yora staff have shown! Quick to respond and answer questions, and quick to post out alternatives for my dog to try.
My dog is sensitive to a lot of foods, so we are still working to find things he can safely eat. It's early days with trying Yora products, but I'm hoping he will be okay with at least one of your Insect-based patés.

Cats seem fine on the food. Scored down as they are owned by Canagan who make meat-based pet food and I'd rather not support a company involved in the slaughter of thousands of animals, but I can't find another option at the moment.

We've purchased Yora dog food online for around 18mths. It's always delivered quickly, when stated and we'll packaged.
Sometimes we have a little too much in stock but it's easy enough to alter the next order.

This food has been excellent for our 12yr old dog, only issue is that she’s really not keen on the pate because she loves wet food in jelly.
She’s now got hair on all her body and no more nibbling or scratching

I sent the below email to Yorapets and have recieved radio silence even after chasing them....
not impressed with customer service - product might be good but feel short changed. I can see recent purchases that the dental sticks have got much smaller but the price remains the same.

I am writing to express my concern regarding a recurring issue I have encountered with your dental sticks for small dogs, which I purchase from Pets at Home. Over the past month, I have bought several packs of your product, and unfortunately, I have found that at least three of these packs have contained fewer than the stated 7 sticks.
To provide more details:
Pack 1 contained only 5 sticks
Pack 2 contained 6 sticks
Pack 3 also contained 6 sticks
This issue has been disappointing, especially considering I’ve purchased a month's worth of product. I understand that these things can happen from time to time, but I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.
Could you kindly advise on the next steps or if there’s anything I need to do to rectify the situation? I am happy to provide any further details or evidence of the purchase, should you require it.
