Your order was processed on the 16th October and dispatched on the 17th October. The warehouse will speak with Evri to find out where your order is.
Shopify sent you an email at 7:30am on the 16th October to advise your order has been processed and is pending dispatch.
Next time, maybe try contacting us directly, and we'll help resolve the issue. We can't resolve an issue we don't know anything about after all.
EDIT: Order was placed 19:59 on 15th October.
Very poor customer service
I emailed 13 days after the order was made to advise it had been dispatched 10 days prior but not arrived. The seller could have chased the courier but they did not. Nor did they reply to me. I then phoned a week later to say I would need to buy one locally if it didn't arrive within 6 days. This could all have been avoided if the seller hadn't ignored me on July 10th. I had to buy a number plate elsewhere and the seller is refusing a refund, despite their poor customer service being the cause of the problem.

We didn't recieve your email on the 10th July. First record of correspondence we have is a phone call with follow up text message on the 15th July, which was promptly responded to.
The Courier had your parcel which was held at your local depot. The shipping team looked into this, and with their assistance the item was delivered on Thursday 17th (two days after first received correspondence).

I wouldn't consider this bad customer service.
Bespoke items (a number plate in this regard) cannot be re-sold, therefore as the delivery issue was resolved promptly I'm not willing to issue a refund on this occasion.

Very poor
Very poor, despite requesting the plate for my trailer in good time it has not arrived in time for me to go on holiday and had to go to a local supplier to get one. I have now paid twice!!!
No reply to email requesting a delivery date which has added to my displeasure.

Order took a month to arrive
Order took a month to arrive. Chased after 2 weeks and they had changed the timeframes online to be up to 8 weeks but this wasn’t the case when I placed the order. I contacted the company on two email addresses listed but received no reply. The item finally arrived last week (end of May). Next time I will just visit somewhere in person. If I could give 0 stars I would. Really disappointing experience.

Reply to emails asking if the number plate is self adhesive or not. When I received a somewhat curt reply telling me that the number plate was NOT self adhesive I was a little surprised. Caravan number plates, which is what I ordered, do not usually require you to drill holes in the back of your caravan, causing potential water ingress. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY FOR A CARAVAN NUMBER PLATE. I love the polite response I received, which will encourage me to show it anyone who asks about this firm. There was NEVER a mention of the necessity to purchase self adhesive pads in the advert I saw. 99p additional cost sounds very reasonable and IF that had been given as as option before the rude reply I received I would most certainly have bought them.

Did not receive this email - it’s a number plate, they are not self adhesive.
Edit: double sided sticky pads are available for purchase at 99p per pack.
We use compliant materials to make our plates - if you want a self adhesive number plate you need to purchase a non compliant plate (which we don’t sell). We’ve been making number plates for 10 years and have never heard as much rubbish as what’s in your review.
