My results arrived later than expected which was a little scary! I thought my sample cards were lost in the mail but the results eventually came in. The nutritionist I had a consultation with was awesome and very helpful, I wish they were an hour instead of 30 minutes. Glad I got the food allergy and sensitivity tests done. Hopefully knowing these results will change my life for the better!

The test was easy to do and results were back in a short period of time. I was surprised by my results and really appreciated the consultation with the dietitian to help me figure out an eating plan based on the test results. I’m glad I went with York’s comprehensive test because I now have the tools to make positive changes to my health.

This test has done wonders for me. I was highly allergic to egg whites, cows milk and yeast and had no idea. I assumed it was gluten. Oh, and I’m also allergic to chicken and beef! Even though I’ve been vegetarian for a while, I had no idea. I just thought my stomach issues were ‘stress’ related.

I have since adapted to a plant based food program. My partner even remarked how much better my stomach is. No more gerd, bloating, belching. I’m so grateful I did this. If you’ve been down that road with doctors to no avail, I highly recommend getting this test. Also, everyone involved has been super helpful and lovely. Thank you!!

The nutritionist was very friendly and provided extra information about certain sensitivities and things to avoid. The process for mailing the kit was fast and easy. The customer service was excellent as they always responded to my emails. I am going to reorder the kit again after following the new diet for 3 months.

I was really pleased with the Yorktest Jr. Food Sensitivity Test. It was super easy to use and gave us clear results on which foods might be causing issues for my child. The insights we got helped us make some simple changes to their diet that made a real difference in how they felt. I am excited to get more information from the provided nutritional consultation! If you’re looking for an easy way to figure out if certain foods are affecting your kid, I’d definitely recommend giving this test a try.

It was a miracle to have all my questions answered. The test was comprehensive and efficient. Having anything similar done locally... I can't imagine how much it would have cost. I came away with 6 sensitivities to foods I should avoid, but after talking with a nutritionist (who packed a ton of good content into a half-hour phone call), I found that number of foods to avoid just about doubled because of those potentially cross-reactive with gluten. I'm glad, though; knowledge is power. Without that consult, I wouldn't have made the right changes to my diet, and I would have had very little improvement in my symptoms.

The York test process was easy to use, and results came back very quickly. There was enough information on the website understand what sensitivities I have and how to avoid those in foods. I highly recommend nutritional consult as that process was so helpful and understanding how food sensitivity works and how I can best take care of myself moving forward.

My results came back fast and I learned that I have a sensitivity to cows milk, wheat, egg whites, and gluten. It was such a relief to finally figure out what has been going on! I’ve had stomach issues my entire life and thought I’d have to accept that’s how it was always going to be. I cut these ingredients out of my diet and I feel so much better! I suffer from severe allergies and took the allergy test to see what could be going on. I have a lot of questions and everyone of them has been answered. I am appreciated Estella having the patience of a saint to explain everything.

My results came back with yeast as a sensitivity, this was the only IgG test that I've taken that caught this sensitivity. Removing it was a game changer.

A benefit to doing this test is that you can conveniently do it at home. No phlebotomy needed, which is great for little kids.

I ordered the Food Sensitivity test for 3 people in my family. The kits were easy to order and arrived quickly. The test kit instructions were easy to follow, the kit included a prepaid envelope, and I received my results directly to my email.
I am so glad that my nephew took this test. His eczema is severe, so it was so wonderful to see what was contributing to his skin condition. The test results were very helpful, as we each eliminated the foods in Red and have seen great changes in our symptoms!

I ordered this kit on a whim after suffering with bloating, stomach pain, and fatigue. I follow a strict low carb diet and eat mostly lean meats, local eggs, and fresh veggies. My results showed a high sensitivity egg yolk, which was a huge part of my diet so it made total sense why I felt this way every day. I can happily say that I eliminated all egg products from my diet the very next day and the bloating stopped completely. York Test has been life changing for me and my friend just purchased one too!

I took this test to see if there were any changes from one my naturopath had done 7 yrs ago. York’s results tracked pretty closely (except for egg whites; weird) so I’m satisfied with the results. I wish you didn’t have to log the test before sending it in, but they caught the error and reached out to me, so fortunately it all worked out. Very nice people to interact with.
