Great service provided by the team at Yo Telecom. It’s so refreshing moving away from our old provider to a provider that acts on our practice needs. Thanks to Jamie our engineer he has been fantastic.

We were encouraged to have new software installed by Aidan back in July, we then had an installation date set for August. Ever since then, everything has gone wrong. From our agreed date, the software & monitors weren't installed until 2 weeks after, Yotelecom were soon to blame Dell for this. Once the installation then took place, we were told this was only going to take 2-3 hours, it took 2 days. We understand that things happen but ever since the installation took place, things have just constantly been going wrong. Due to the x-ray software not linking up properly, we've had multiple patients having to come back which is an inconvenience to them, due to Microsoft not being set up properly, our practice manager has lost 2 days of working in the office as the majority of work requires Microsoft. Our printers weren't linked up properly after installation so they were out of use for a couple of days. When they say they offer '24/7 support' - DO NOT LISTEN! I've spent hours on hold waiting to speak to someone. The only reason for the 2 stars and not just 1 is because we appreciate Matt's patience on fixing these issues but also our technician, Jonathan, was very helpful and friendly!
I have asked to put in a formal complaint about all of this but was soon talked out of it and was told they'll send out a 'gift' in the post. No gift and no apology for all of the continuous issues! Would not recommend Yotelecom!

Jon M and Dee have been incredibly helpful in setting up our wi-fi and telephone system. From the very beginning, they were professional, patient, and attentive to our needs. Whenever they encountered an issue during the installation process, they didn't just point it out but they took the time to thoroughly investigate and find a solution for it. Their commitment to ensuring everything worked perfectly gave us peace of mind and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciate their dedication and excellent customer service.

STAY AWAY, they scam you and tie you into a long term contract illegally even if you are a microbusiness and then when there are problems they hide behind the phone and ignore all the calls and emails. I have never seen such a service from any company. The worst ever and we are a dental practice and they lied about a service they cannot provide and now no one s there to response so i am taking legal actions against them.

We recently had our phone and internet systems upgraded by Yo Telecom, and the experience has been nothing short of excellent. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and incredibly helpful.
A special shout-out to Jamie, the engineer who handled our specifications with Wi-Fi and setup. Jamie was punctual, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He made sure everything was set up perfectly and running smoothly before he left.

We’ve been customer with Yo Telecom for last 5-6 years. We find their service efficient and swift response to queries. I have awarded 5 stars solely based on my last query and how it’s been dealt with by the specific team member. There was an oversight from the accounts team few years ago, for which I contacted Yo Telecom in May 2025. My query was dealt by Sagar from the termination team. Sagar has dealt with this query from start and ensured it was concluded in the most satisfactory manner. Sagar is definitely a valuable asset to Yo Telecom. He was always available to take my call, provide reassurance and made sure he worked on the case until fully resolved. Huge thank you to Sagar.

Really happy with our installation today. Jamie did a great job of getting things up and running and getting the team up to speed with the system!

In respect of the Finance (terminations) department of Yo Telecom, I found Sager to be very helpful, efficient, and responsive in managing any queries that I had.
