We’ve been with Yo Telecom for around…
We’ve been with Yo Telecom for around two years now, and the service has consistently been excellent. Recently, we experienced an intermittent fault where our connection would occasionally drop—always a tricky issue to diagnose. Thankfully, Yo Telecom’s support team was fantastic. The fault was quickly logged and escalated to their third-line support, who monitored the situation closely. They confirmed that the main Starlink connection appeared stable, suggesting the issue might lie with the installed router.
Despite our remote location in the Highlands—about an hour from Inverness—an engineer was on-site within 24 hours. Geoff, the attending engineer, quickly identified the issue: a recent software update had altered a setting on the router, causing the dropouts. He resolved it swiftly and kept us fully informed throughout. He was prompt, professional, and a pleasure to deal with.
All in all, a big thumbs up to Yo Telecom. From our phone lines to the internet and their IP-based phone system, the service has been reliable and top-quality. Based on my experience running a business with them, I’d highly recommend Yo Telecom to anyone considering a new provider. And special thanks again to Geoff—brilliant work!

Great Technicians
We've been customers with Yo Telecom for 2 years now. We were having a problem with our Draytech router, constantly restarting and getting stuck in a loop. Dee came to us, sorted out the problem efficiently with a replacement. Good conversation, good knowledge and a good taste in board games!

We signed up with Yo telecom over 1 year ago. They promised that we would get caller id and we didn’t. They promised they would buy us out of our previous contract and it didn’t happen and we have now been paying for 2 contracts for over a year. Really terrible customer service. Stay away.
