I bought a kite Gastraa here online. After few months the leading edge exploded while flying the kite. I contacted the we sure and they do not answer me. Very disappointed.

They forgot to send my order, and only after two follow-up emails did they finally acknowledge the mistake and ship it. Instead of the expected 3–4 day delivery time, I received my package (a wing foil) after 3 weeks!

Also, be careful with Google reviews – they tend to remove negative ratings by taking legal action against Google under the pretext of defamation. This allows them to keep only the positive reviews.

I bought there new wing and was alredy broken. I figured out while inflating first time on the beach. Luckily I found a shop with valve repair set. Bastards refused to pay the part and repair!!! They sell you piece of s*it and let you in trouble.

Just orderred for my first time; all items shipped to Canada arrived in less than 2 weeks; to be honest some negative reviews had made me a bit anxious......now no more; one should not make decisions on angry people reviews; problem may happen, fix it with respect knowing nothing is perfect; to avoid confusion with the invoice, I should have ordered the boards separately than the kite, it was shipped in 2 seperate boxes anyway; overall quite good experience with Team youloveit and my emails were answered when it mattered

ordered kites that they advertised as in stock which they then sent an email about supplier issues.there was then a lot of back and forth and at times I lost hope. They did eventually deliver the kites I just think more communication and customer service would have helped

Did not receive kites,

I Ordered kites here a month ago and did not receive them, support is bad as well and they cant be trusted. I heared a lot of sketchy thing about them, but their delivery and support for dutch costummers is bad.

Was a bit worried from the one star review but my order went super smooth i got my Duotone SLS 2023 12m right on time (ok maybe 2 days later than expected) but everything went super smooth. Price are usually lower than the competition. I'm constantly scouting their website for good offers eversince :D

The price is good but after sale service is terrible. I bought 3 kites from you-love-it.
A 12m cabrinha switchblade had a leaking valve upon first use in Dakhla. It had to be repaired with a north valve because they didn’t have cabrinha valves. But the repairman said it will not hold in the long run. I am trying to get a guarantee from you-love-it since it was a new kite. They will not do anything for me. The latest reply was: “ Thats like you will claim your Mercedes tires by replacing them with other tires ?”
I wasn’t asking for a new kite. Maybe a replacement bladder with the correct valve

NEGATIVE "YOU-LOVE-It"! I’ve ordered a kite, which cost 2098Eur if you take as a set with a bar. "You-love-it" Dusseldorf shop sent me only a bar and more than for a month they did not answer either emails or calls. Today in a short email they wrote me that there will be no kite, as they sold me. They don't have this model. And no one else gets in touch again! Guys, if I were in Germany, I would have already come to them with the police. What are you waiting for? Act!

I ordered a Kite board from them that supposed to be In Stock. They sent me an email telling me that it's out of stock and they have to order it first, and will be send out within a week. After a week I contact them and they tell me they still haven't received it. A week later I contact them and I receive the same answer. I decide to cancel the order and write them an email -> No answer. I wait a couple of days (over one month after my initial purchase) and write again -> No answer.
Currently in contact with my Credit Card Company to get my money back..
