Very frustrating experience
I tried to pay for the tax report service, but after making an instant bank transfer, €1 was deducted without notice. A second €2 transfer never even showed up due to not communicated fees.
Customer support has been unhelpful. I also contacted them in the past regarding missing USDT, and never received a clear answer.
I’m now concerned about the accuracy of any tax report I might receive. Overall, the platform lacks transparency and reliability while costing a lot. I cannot recommend it.

The €1 and €2 charges you mentioned were not hidden fees — they were related to unpaid 2023 and 2024 stamp duties. We had sent several reminder emails about these amounts, and when the first deposit was made, the system automatically settled the outstanding balance.
Regarding your earlier inquiry about a 2020 transaction, our team provided a detailed reply at the time, and we didn’t receive any further follow-up questions from you.
Our tax report has been created in collaboration with accountants specialized in the Italian crypto sector, and while we stand by its accuracy, you are of course welcome to consult your own accountant if you prefer.
We truly regret that you didn’t find our services a good fit for your needs.
