They don't want to support the customer
I bought a code for Bitdefender but the product was incorrectly described on the seller's website and I couldn't use it,
I didn't get any support from YourSoftware or any other code so I had to contact PayPal for a refund which eventually happened and PayPal ruled in my favor and refunded my money,
YourSoftware didn't want to help me in any way despite selling me the wrong code with the wrong description on their site. Avoid at all costs Your.Software because a lot of what is written on their site is not true, especially the part about helping the customer, which was completely absent in my case.

I don't know what else you want.
You sold me a code for Bitdefender with the wrong description on your page and you didn't help me in any way. And you bypass that in a wide arc because you don't want people to know that.
But you pretend that everything is fine on your side, but it's not because you don't want to help and because you're saying contradictory things.
So leave me alone and fix your bussiness.
And what kind of company are you that sells codes for software 24/7 and your working hours are only during the week in the morning as if you were a shoe store??

You can hang the cat by the tail on those stories about software activation with your wrongly described code, because when I saw that you didn't want to help me and just wanted to keep the money from the sale, I had to buy another code from another seller with which I instantly renewed my Bitdefender on all my devices.
And that other code I bought had the correct description on the sales page unlike your page which has the wrong description as well as the misrepresentation that you are helping customers which is not true at all in my case and in other customers reviews.
Leave me alone and fix your bussines!

It is not at all true that you have tried to help me several times, but each time you have rejected me and redirected me to a software manufacturer that has nothing to do with the problem you created by selling the wrong code to the customer. What you are saying is not true, you sold me the wrong code with the wrong description and you did not want to help me, but on the contrary you created problems for me. GO AWAY

We would like to point out that, when activating the licence, Bitdefender requires you to enter your payment details and agree to automatic renewal. This is a requirement set by the manufacturer itself. The amount stated will not be debited immediately, but only upon renewal after the initial term has expired. You can then easily deactivate this automatic renewal.
