Disappointing experience
Unfortunately, a disappointing experience. I had a lot of problems with activating their software, and the activation information provided for my licence turned out to be incorrect. In the end, I had to resolve the issue myself through Adobe. Your Software responded quickly, but I did not feel any help, or that they genuinely tried to help find a solution. Unfortunately, I would not recommend them.

I do understand that Your.Software works as a self-service platform and offers lower prices. However, offering software at a lower price should not mean that customers are left without proper support when something goes wrong.
What disappointed me most is that I contacted Your.Software several times for help, but each time I was simply referred to Adobe without any real effort to understand the actual issue. At the same time, Adobe indicated that the activation information provided by Your.Software was incorrect and that I needed to go back to the seller.
As a result, I was sent back and forth between both parties without a solution.
That is exactly why this experience was so frustrating.
What also feels unfortunate is that now, after I posted my complaint publicly on Trustpilot, I suddenly receive a detailed and polite response. I would have appreciated that same level of attention and willingness to help earlier, when I first asked for assistance.
If a company says “we are here to help,” then customers should be able to expect real support when there is a problem. If you dont want to help, dont say 'Your here to help' In my case, that is not how it felt, and never bought your product.

Mcafee total protection licence.
The Mcafee licence worked well at first, then a couple of small problems that was put right with an uninstall and reinstall, that solved the problem, since then working fine, not sure if it was the licence or the app itself. Thanks your.software.
