Got signed up for this without even realising.
Then proceeded to take large sums of money out every few days. Contacted them as I couldn't order though their website either. They don't do refunds but as i couldn't buy anything i forced them to refund but only got 90% of my initial money back. Customer service is bad, they just pass you around in circles with copy and paste answers. I would avoid signing up for whatever this site actually does.

I’m being coerced to write a glowing review after being ripped off my money. The team is claiming that negative feedback is holding back my refund 🙄🙄🙄 Their goal is to get me to retract my review and not refund me. They keep sending AI generated responses and no action being taken.

My card kept being charged even after stating I wanted to cancel subscription.

I asked for help with a registration error. JOIE provided me with maximum assistance in resolving the problem.

I liked the quick response time but disnt like the fact that a rating is required before completion of customer service.

I didn’t quite realize what I had signed up for initially so I decided to cancel. After emailing yourbeautyaid.com Bob replied and said that my subscription would be cancelled and that my membership fees would be refunded to my credit card. I am impressed how well this is being handled and the efficient service offered so far and will be happy to post confirmation when the matter has been resolved.

I entered an online survey and won 🤔 it was supposedly Curry’s, but after paying the postage for the item I had won, receive 2 emails from this company, welcoming me and informing me my payment for postage had been to buy credit with them, which (in even smaller writing) also stated that I had signed up for a subscription, payable every 2 weeks!

I was paying for Tupperware promotion but when I was done it said I paid for yourbeautyaid.com under reference of +442045200ES. Please I don't know what is happening or what happened. I'm not interested in this as I don't know what it is.

Well I accidentally signed up for the service explained it to SYSKY helped me alot to end my membership and got me refund straight way i paid for device which was on a promotion and ending up buying the monthly subscription for youbeautyaid i don’t how did this happen but the staff understood and help throughout thanks guys keep it up
