Overall, a good experience, thank you! My company was opened successfully. There were surprisingly high renewal prices, which I was not ready for - it seems like it was my fault for not reading the prolongation terms carefully.
I want to thank the entire team who worked with me: Jinny, Jodi, Ciara, Justin, Jeany, and Marianne.
I'm closing the company and they were very kind to agree to prolong the service for 3 months only - not for the entire period.

My experience with this company was disappointing. Everything went smoothly while they were taking my payment and providing the service. However, when I cancelled and requested the refund I was entitled to, the experience changed completely.
They told me they would be happy to refund me once I removed their registered address from Companies House. I did exactly as requested. Instead of processing the refund, they then appeared to look for new reasons to delay or avoid paying it.
In my opinion, true professionalism is demonstrated not only when a company accepts your money, but also when it honours its commitments and processes refunds fairly when they are due. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this company. I hope they improve the way they treat customers after payment has been made.

This is to ensure that the service has been brought to an end correctly before any refund is processed.
