Although the identity verification process involved several steps due to the latest Companies House requirements, the team always responded promptly and patiently explained what was required.
I would especially like to thank Estra, April, and Zoe for their excellent customer service. They were courteous, responsive, and always willing to follow up whenever I had questions. When I asked about company filing services after incorporation, they referred my enquiry to the appropriate department and provided a clear and transparent explanation rather than giving an uncertain answer.
