Lewis really helped us focus on what we wanted from the break and advised us really well. It resulted in about 3 choices and we went with one near Nerja in Spain. Just as I was getting antsy on what we had to do nearer the time, a package arrived from YGA with everything we needed and we were checked in to both flights (outbound and return) and had all the info we needed for the car rental, flights and accommodation. Lewis and team were available throughout the process for any concerns and this is the kind of thing that really reassures me (I am an antsy traveller!) Thank you Lewis and team.

The team at Your Great Adventures began with a quote for three holidays and we picked one and three families booked straight away! The choices were perfect and suited our needs and made the whole thing so simple as the team listened to what we were after.
All the pre-trip organisation was very smooth and we had our boarding passes and info well in advance of departure.
The hotel and location exceeded all expectations. It was perfect and also very reasonable. Three families all agreed that everything was perfect.

We had an excellent, totally relaxing week at the Skiathos Palace Hotel, which was made even easier by the great service from the team at YGA.

The whole process was excellent from start to finish, everything was made so easy with our travel pack sent to us before departure meaning we didn’t have to worry or stress about anything. I would highly recommend Lewis and the team to friends and family for any future holiday bookings.

We had a two centre holiday in Switzerland, one in Weggis by the lake and one in Wengen, in the alps. The description for the journeys to the first hotel, from the first to the second hotel and then the journey home were very detailed giving the times and platforms and any other details needed. We added a three day pass (which we didn't know about before) which effectively changed the 1/2 price tickets to zero price over a wide area. Altogether a most excellent holiday.

My wife had to have assistance through the airports coming and going plus there were transfers involved to and from the hotel and we could not have wished for any plans to have gone smoother.
The hotel itself is spotless and the staff could not have been more helpful.
The breakfasts were virtually anything one could wish for and plenty of it.
The only gripe we had, if anything, was that if we wanted any alternatives or extras to an evening meal they were £4.50 a portion and, apart from a Sunday roast, the menu did not vary over the whole ten days we were at the hotel, although to be fair there were quite a few choices.
There are alternative venues to eat at such as a local pub or further afield but as a warning, wherever you go on the island, meals are expensive.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday.
The Islanders are friendly and welcoming and very helpful.
All arrangements made by The Great Adventure were spot on and we would use them again.

The guides were knowledgeable and friendly, the routes were well-planned, and the scenery was breathtaking. I felt safe and well taken care of the entire time. Thank you once again Lewis and team for helping to organise our amazing honeymoon to Kenya and the Seychelles !! As always everything was so smooth from the airport transport to great hotels and excursions. All of our hotels had been told it was our honeymoon and had left us a little welcome surprise which was an added treat ! Lewis really helped us to decide where to go in Kenya as we moved around and we were so glad as they were all superb ! Lewis and the team organised an amazing honeymoon for us in lake Garda. The town was just what we were looking for and the hotel was amazing with stunning views from the balcony! Couldn’t have asked for more! They even informed the hotel that it was our honeymoon!

These guys are fantastic.
They take all the hassle out of booking travel. Yes we all have access to travel and hotel sites and yes we can do it ourselves. Why would you though? They saved me cash on the trip, and the communications and admin were faultless.

As always, exceptional service and attention to detail for our holiday. We've lost count of the amount of trips Lewis and team have now booked for us but we wouldn't go with anyone else.
This time, we had a 3 city trip to USA - flying to Chicago for 3 days, staying in a great hotel in a perfect location to see the city and all it has to offer. Then down to Nashville where a car had been arranged for us. We drove on to Knoxville to stay with friends, returning to Nashville at the other end of our holiday, staying in an apartment on Music Row. Seamless, excellent support at every step, helping with details like seat bookings and Esta and other questions as the trip got closer, as well as the little extra touches like a postcard on our return home. The peace of mind of having this back up and access to such a wide range of suppliers as well as the team's enthusiasm is what makes YGA such a great company.

This is such a great travel agent to work with. Nothing seems to be too much trouble, and all the special requests we had were fulfilled. I couldn’t recommend them more highly!!!

Having just returned from the holiday of a lifetime to Victoria Falls,Zimbabwe and South Africa we wanted to thank Lewis and the team who arranged it for us.
From the outset Lewis and the team have been so helpful in organising this holiday for us.They coped with last minute cancellations by two of our party , arranged a fantastic 5 centered holiday including the Rovos train,Bakubung bush lodge,Johannesburg , Insika lodge in Zimbabwe and Cape Town. Everything was well organised so that our pick ups for flights and day trips were all on time and efficient.
The holiday was a wonderful mix of nature at its best and the cosmopolitan experience of international cities.
Jill was very efficient with emails and arrangements, especially lovely touches like the welcome home postcard.

From the initial contact, where I explained what we needed from our holiday. Through their managing my expectations of how long it would take them to respond, their support during my queries, and their professionalism in the booking, sending info over, taking payment, sending me a super-organised pack with all our booking details - flight, villa, car etc... absolutely faultless. I've used YGA for several family and group holidays and they really are the best. There is no way I'd use any other method of booking a holiday now - YGA take away all the stress!

We had an incredibly positive experience during our recent trip to Scotland. The booking process was stress-free, and the agency took care of all the arrangements seamlessly. When we encountered an issue with our taxi, which had been booked through them, the agency's support was exceptional.

Despite the taxi mishap, the travel agency promptly addressed the situation, reassuring us and even taking the initiative to follow up with the taxi company for a refund. Moreover, they offered alternative transportation solutions to ensure our travel plans remained uninterrupted.

The Pine's Guest House booked for us by the agency proved to be an ideal accommodation choice, allowing us to explore the area conveniently and visit the town hassle-free. The flights to and from Gatwick were also well-organized, contributing to the overall excellence of our travel experience.
