Amazing private catering experience! Thank you Daniela for cooking for our group of friends as we celebrated our wedding anniversary. I'd recommend Daniela to anyone who wants fantastic local food, served in the privacy of your (rented) villa. Everything was effortless and after cooking a lot (!) of scrummy food, Daniella left everything spotlessly clean and even gave some cooking tips (freezing my fresh ravioli was a game changer!). It was a real treat to have a private chef but it was worth it. Thanks Daniela, hope to come back soon.

Daniela was absolutely amazing! She helped make our trip to Italy unforgettable by arranging two fantastic wine tours for my wife and me, as well as an incredible hot air balloon ride. Every detail was handled professionally, and the experiences exceeded our expectations.

The company led by Daniela has developed a very customer service organization that follows through with support and ideas. Anything you need or would like to see are accommodated at a high level. Her organization and support greatly enhanced our anniversary experience.

We enjoyed Daniela’s meals, but we really enjoyed her cooking class. She was such fun & had so many suggestions.

We met Daniella on a recent trip to Italy. She prepared two meals for us and the Taste of the Countryside was particularly good. She gave our group a cooking class that was both informative and fun. Our experience with Daniella was excellent!

From the moment we arrived, Daniela made us feel at home. We had two different meals prepared for us, and many of us participated in the cooking class. Each time the meals were memorable, but what was even more memorable was Daniela's kindness, and her above and beyond helpful attitude.

Daniela made our experience in Umbria a perfect 10. We have been once before, and loved it, but how wonderful it was to be in such warm, knowledgeable and caring hands. She and her husband each cooked delicious meals for us with menus we decided together but with their expert skills and the best local ingredients. What a treat! We also benefitted from her wonderful wine selections. Daniela also helped us plan our days, booking a really fun visit to a sheep dairy and pig farm (complete with a cheese making demonstration and samples of the various cheeses and hams) and to a wonderful boutique winery. She is incredibly knowledgeable and highly flexible and adaptable to whatever your style and needs are. Five stars!

Daniela and her husband are amazing! They truly love what they do and treat everyone like family! We met her 10 years ago and when we came back, we knew we wanted to work with her again! This time we had two dinners prepared by her as well as an additional cooking class. It was all fantastic and we would highly recommend working with her!

We absolutely LOVED having Daniela cook for us during vacation. We booked her services for three nights and could have done more. She is very professional and incredibly kind. We are “foodies” and enjoyed conversations with her about ingredients, process and recipes. She is very passionate about her work, and we absolutely loved having her and her husband as part of our vacation experience. Highly recommend!!!

I have so many wonderful things to say about Daniela. Daniela became my contact months before our trip started. Not only did she cook the most delicious meal for my 50th birthday, she helped with rental cars and transport as well. She truly was my lifeline. Daniella made our Umbria experience truly unforgettable. She thoughtfully coordinated so many incredible adventures—from winery tours and tastings, to a private evening spa and massage, to an unforgettable in-home cooking class. What truly set her apart was her creativity and care in planning and organizing our adventures, including working around my many food allergies—I never felt limited and didn’t miss a thing.

Daniella and her wonderful chef-husband, Saverio, went above and beyond to support my wish to learn how to make *Sugo di Cinghiale*, even though it required extra planning and effort on their part. We learned several new recipes that were not only incredibly delicious, but also easy to recreate at home.

Lovely people, lovely time, lovely memories. We couldn’t recommend Daniella and Saverio more—and we will absolutely be repeat customers! 🍷🍝✨

We stayed in Umbria with two families and had the pleasure of having Daniela and her team as our private chef for one week. The service was absolutely outstanding – professional, warm, and attentive. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, the dishes varied and full of flavor, and every meal was a delight. Simply amazing! It turned our holiday into an unforgettable experience. Truly a must-try and highly recommended!

Daniela was wonderful. She provided hands on making a complete pasta dinner with sauce. All five of us were involved including our 9 year old grandson. Truly a wonderful experience. Daniela is friendly, organized and just an overall joy to be around.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Our family rented a villa in Umbria, and Daniela came to our house and gave us the most wonderful pasta cooking lesson. Our entire family, especially our nine-year-old grandson, enjoyed this immensely. And Daniela could not have been more friendly, warm and kind throughout the evening. Daniela was an amazing host for our visit in Umbria! She and her team were not only excellent chefs, but also kind people who made our family's vacation an incredible lifetime memory. Family pizza night at the villa's wood-fired pizza oven was particularly memorable and fun, as were our breakfast buffets and desserts (including panna cotta & chocolate lava cake!!). Amazing. Daniela cooked for us over several nights of our week in Umbria. Each meal was so good. And there were plenty of leftovers. She was friendly, flexible and an amazing chef. You will not regret the decision to "stay in" and have her and her team cook for you. Those were my favorite meals during our week stay. She also arranged a wine tour that was divine. We had a cooking class with her that was really fun and made it seem possible to make our own pasta! I highly recommend Daniela and her team.
