We had a great day with Daniela making pasta and the delicious sauces.
Would highly recommend booking this class.

We were looked after by Daniela for the second time and our expectations were surpassed.We were a family of 12 including vegetarian and coeliac.all had their needs met with fresh local ingredients.
Everyone agreed that Daniela and her wonderful food was an essential part of our holiday.Thank you so much for becoming part of our family for a week.

Daniela and Saverio prepared 7 meals for us during our stay. Everything was perfect, from the quality of ingredients to the cookery, quantity of food and service. Not having to cook, clear up or think about meal planning a bonus. Would absolutely do this again.

We had such a wonderful experience with Daniela and her team! They are great chefs, very flexible and warm. The menu was diverse and delicious. She made sure our 16 guests had a truly magical time!

Daniela and her team created three lovely meals for us while on holiday. It was so nice to have someone cook for us and made our holiday in Italy even more relaxing.

Daniela was very accommodating of our group’s varying dietary requirements and provided delicious food for everyone. She also provided us with some excellent wines.

It was so easy to have Daniela and her team in the house - they were lovely to every member of our group, even the dog!

If you want a holiday from the cooking then I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Daniela.

Our experience with Daniela was all that we had expected. Beginning with the lightest fried zucchini flowers through yummy bruschetta, fabulous ravioli and sliced beef with roasted potatoes and ending in a heavenly tiramisu our palettes couldn’t have been more delighted. Along with her skills as a superb chef is her ability to interact with all of the family. My daughter, her husband and three children were all in attendance. Everyone enjoyed all aspects of the dinner. Daniela also chose two wines to go with the dinner. They were excellent. The dinner was definitely a highlight of our visit to Umbria.

Daniela and Alessio - this is the 3rd time we have had the chefs for an evening at Casa Lazzari in Umbria over the past few years and they are amazing and the overall experience is a very special treat.
You speak with Daniela and run through menu ideas the week before. There were 8 of us and we chose a selection of appetisers for the pre dinner drinks, an amazing pasta dish, a pork in peppercorn sauce main and two fantastic desserts.
The chefs arrive about 4 pm and start preparing , you decide what time you want to start, they would also do wine pairings as well if you want but we bought all our own. They serve you, it’s nicely spaced out and they left just after 11pm and the kitchen is left spotless, what a treat it was again, also to find there were lots of amazing left overs in the fridge for the next day. I can’t recommend yourholidaysinumbria and Daniela strongly enough. It was so much better than going out to a restaurant. Steven

Daniela was amazing!! We had her do a 4 course meal, pizza night and pasta cooking class and all exceeded our expectations. These meals were everyone's favorites out of two weeks all over Italy! She was extremely easy to communicate with planning the meals ahead of the trip and I cannot recommend her enough!

I contracted Daniela and her staff for two hosted weeks at a villa in Umbria with 14 guests each week. She presented menus using organic and local products. Every meal was beautifully prepared and served with love. She did a cooking class each week and was great engaging the guests and made it fun and interactive. Every guest gave rave reviews of the meals and Daniella and her staff. She was very easy to work with and responded quickly during the planning phase and a dream to work with onsite. I would highly recommend working with Daniella to create memories of a lifetime.

Daniela was just great- the food was excellent, the conversation really helpful, and her suggestions about how best to enjoy Umbria were excellent. And it was all so reasonable in terms of cost. She planned well in advance, shared a menu that responded directly to our few dietary restrictions, and just got everything right. I'd call her first if we were planning another visit to that gorgeous area.

Had the most wonderful home-cooked meal. Local fresh produce prepared in house.
First course, a beautiful cheese and charcuterie plate with fresh bruschetta and tomatoes from the garden.
Second course wonderful fresh pasta that was melt in your mouth and with both meat and vegetarian options.
Third course, freshly cooked steak and chicken with hand, cut roasted chips and fresh salad
The finale, a tiramisu to die for -made in House with almost a mousse like quality . Subtle and delicious.
Couldn't recommend this highly enough. Excellent value for money.

The best decision we made for our ten day stay in the Umbrian hills was hiring Daniela and her team to cook for our party of 10 (ages 13 through 86).

Delicious, well-thought out and fresh meals prepared every evening by Daniela and her team of chefs was an incredible treat and the highlight of our week in Umbria!

We left 3 days open so that we could have dinner on some of our longer day trips such as the train trip to Firenze.

When we considered the planning required, monetary cost, time wasted prepping & cooking rather than enjoying Umbria in order to prepare a daily meal for our group, or to drive to and from restaurants of unknown quality every evening made us all realize what a bargain it was to have Daniela prepare our meals.

Her ingredients were all sourced from local vendors and farms (many things came from her own garden such as the fried zucchini flowers - amazing!).

As others have said, Daniela’s team will set a beautiful table, prepare the meals (including desert), clean up after cooking and put the leftovers in the fridge to be enjoyed for lunch the next day. The chefs are all so friendly and all were a pleasure to have in our rented home!

When we return to Umbria, we will absolutely be asking Daniela to prepare meals for us!

We had chef Alessio, part of Danielas team last night to cook a special meal at Casa Lazzari our home in Umbria for 6 of us. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. He arrived a few hours before and served up some amazing homemade pasta, incredible tagliata, the tiramisu he made was one of the best I’ve ever had ( and I’ve had many). He cooked everything homemade, served us all night and the Kitchin was spotless at the evening of the evening which was amazing. I’d highly recommended him and will certainly have him again next summer.

Daniela and her team where fantastic. They cooked lunch and dinner for us every day for 2 weeks in a large house in the Umbrian hills, for numbers of 4-8 adults and 4-7 kids at one point. We had a couple of Vegans and also requiring gluten free meals - they were awesome and made us feel like it was no trouble at all we were so grateful that they were able to accommodate. Communication was easy and prompt.

They made our holiday feel like a real holiday - they not only cooked, cleared the plates away they cleaned the kitchen like no one had been in there cooking! - extremely professional.

I can strongly recommend Daniela and her team.

Daniela is amazing ! She cooked for 6 of us in a beautiful home in the hills of Umbria.
She and her sommelier assistant were extraordinary and charming. The food was exactly what we requested . . . fresh, local, healthy cuisine . . . and we absolutely enjoyed being in her company.
We would like to give her 6 stars !

We had a lovely evening with the delicious food of stefania and Daniela and the girls. Happy faces, at the Table and in the kitchen. A Relax afternoon at the pool and in the mean time diner was prepared. So easy ;) we would do it again and again and again ♥️

We have just had Daniela come and give us an evening pasta making class, and it was a trememdous success. She and her assistant Valentina brought everything with them, and proceeded to teach our family how to create a classic tagliatelle with Umbrian ragu sauce. We all had our own work station, amd the undivided attention of two experts! Great fun and the end result was a totally delicious pasta dinner, to which Daniela added very generous extras like caprese salad, and beautiful fried courgette flowers. She also brought with her four different varieties of the best gelato ever.

We also had a pizza making evening with Alessio, one of Daniela's team, also a great success in terms of fun, even if our attempts at shaping our pizzas varied somewhat from Alessio's!

We asked Daniela and her team to help us for a full month. We had sometimes just the immediate family (4 persons + nanny) or we had our friends (over 12). Lunch and dinner. Food was great, we gained a bit too much weight :)...highlights were the varied pastas, the amazing tiramisu, the tagliata. The wines selected were perfect. Lunch and dinner was always on time, was always flexible if we needed it, and the crew was professional and kind. Daniela did far more than help with food and wine-- she was the go to and arranger for so many things. I give her and the team our highest recommendation and we can't wait to work with them again.

We had Daniela cook for a group of 12 for a whole week and it made our holiday. Amazing dishes every night. Nothing disappointed. She catered for pescatarian and allergy super well. Everything was fresh, homemade and delicious. We had masses of food and enough for leftovers for lunch the following day. Finding a beautifully laid table each evening and being served by Daniel’s and her friendly daughter was such a treat and then no cleaning up afterwards ! Highly recommend Daniela. Incredible value too. Don’t know how she did it on such an economical shopping bill each day.
