I have had pivotal Home solutions for quite a while now. And every time it is always a real smooth experience! From the process of filing the claim, to making an appointment, to getting a technician out for whatever the claim is for is always done in a timely manner. The extended home warranty through Pivotal Home solutions is a definite must have if you have home appliances and for home repairs and for your heating and AC. They have helped me many a time and I will continue to use them in the future.

I am comfortable with oncourse as my home solutions company. I called for a plumbing problem and it was resolved within a few days. I needed a hot water heater. The old one was removed and the new one was installed the same day.
I am happy with the gas lines being inspected periodically. I have not had a problem , but I’m glad that the service is available to detect a potential problem

Went without Hot water for almost 4 weeks. Everytime I called I got a different person. One day things would be approved then Denied then put on hold. The worst experience with a company I have ever had. After 3 weeks of cold showers, I called the Insurance Commission and sent paperwork to support all the issues.

I was without a washer for 4 months. I contacted the company and they sent someone out. The gentleman said he had to order a new motor. He came back and put the motor on and that didn't help the situation and he said he had to order another part. We waiting for a couple of weeks and no one showed up. After that they couldn't find anyone in our area that would come out. I kept calling and waiting and waiting. I finally got a supervisor on the phone and they kept trying to find someone to fix it. No luck! I finally insisted that they refund me what I had to pay for the motor and service fee. It took 4 months to get anything done. Over 38 phones called were made.
