Amazing confidence boost
I was a bit unsure about whether I needed an alarm watch or if it would be bulky and look very obvious. But the watch is amazing! It looks like any smart watch and the confidence it gives me is wonderful. I like the step counting facility too. It is easy to charge and I just feel so reassured knowing I can always get help. The call centre staff are lovely too

Watch easy to use but not easy to see the battery charge amount if eyesight is poor. I need someone to see when it needs charging , therefore 4 stars not 5

The whole experience fills me with confidence that should I have an accident, then help will be on the way.
The only thing that does not appeal to me is that the watch will not work in the shower. This is a dangerous place for me as I live alone and slipping in the shower is real possibility .

Device arrived quicklyand ready to use. The instructions for use were easy to follow and the test call response was professional and reassuring. The device is light and easy to wear if a little bulky, also it would be nice to be able to read the time without having to press the button.

Helpful guidance on product.
I received a 'welcome' e mail and a 'phone call plus a booklet with the watch explaining the features. A contact number was given which was appreciated. I would recommend this company.

Easy to use
Easy to use. Makes me feel more secure knowing that if I have a fall I have a way of contacting help. Although as I have a disability I sometimes find it difficult to attach the charger.

We are very impressed with YourStride. Both the people and the product are excellent. The watch is easy to use, straight out of the box, with no fiddly set-up required. We now have complete peace of mind at home and outside the house too.
