Misleading
The company needs to make it very clear when they are partnering with other companies giving away stuff (Zara mystery boxes) that you’re not just paying for the box, your also signing up to a monthly payment scheme.
I did go straight to the company and Andy who assisted me today got my subscription cancel straight away so customer service was excellent.
