Concerns Addressed
Firstly, I honestly felt that the membership and subscription conditions should have been prominently advised for customers in the initial steps to make an informed decision.
Secondly, it would be great customer experience if the online platform displayed products that are actually in stock. Despite the above-mentioned, thank you for the useful and much needed transparent follow-up with resolutions for concerns raised.
