Don’t order from this site. No response from customer service. Emailed twice and nothing. Been a week and package not even been dispatched yet. Feel like I’ve been scammed. :( I’ll be contacting PayPal for advice.

Bloody scam , because of free gift I purchased but never received and they send only the box and inside all missing and they mention out of stock, scammer

Very poor customer service
Packaging not great compared to other luxury brands such as Dior
Misleading advertising as some of the freebies are not included, and when you ask them about it they go with the “not in stock” when it it has been in stock on the website for weeks now
Slow delivery
I’ve bought twice now from YSl beauty directly and I am considering to stop doing it. You get freebies (not all promised) but the items are more expensive than boots/lookfanstastic so it evens out in the end
On the other hand - great products and freebies are decent too

I ordered due to the black Friday discount. They sent out the parcel but courier didn't deliver it and suddenly returned to YSL Beauty. I kept contacting the relevant departments but no response. It's over 10days but I didn't get my money back. Everyone please avoid to purchase from this website.

Placed order on 20/11/24, arrived late so missed the intended recipients birthday. No longer needed but YSL do not reply to emails or calls

No engraving carried out, no notification given on the unavailability of this, customer service representative was rude and unhelpful.

Really disappointed with the YSL All Hours foundation. States ‘all day long west’ but after just a few hours has started to pill and look cakey. Have tried with various moisturisers underneath and with/ without a primer - no difference. For £39 was not impressed with the results

Just received my perfume, lip gloss and eyeliner. I had parcels from Shein in a nicer packaging than this one. It makes everything look so cheap...

New Member discount is a scam
The support is horrible.

While applied their promoted new members promo code, website showed the discount amount.
But when I proceeded to payment my whole cart was removed. Again I added the item but this time it was showing promo code expired.

Tried to complain via website but it didn't let me submit my msg. Pathetic.

Called support but they were twisting the information like if a product doesn't have sale you would not get the discount.

Seriously!!!

I'll wait till today EOD, tomorrow I will complain to DED about their scams.

I ordered the 6th Place St Sulpice fragrance (£305 worth of fragrance) and they ship it using Evri! Evri have lost two of my parcels in the past, and when I ordered from Armani Beauty previously (also ran/owned by L'Oreal) my package turned up with the box ripped and no fragrance inside.

Evri have had my parcel since Tuesday and I am still waiting for it! The tracking is all over the shop, and I have them looking into it for me.

I thought I'd contact YSL but they do not care one bit. They just told me to wait two weeks and then they'll be able to investigate. Why? Why should an item take over two weeks to reach me? They can see the tracking and that Evri have had it for six days. You'd think they'd be proactive and try and get it sorted for me, but no, too lazy and happy to keep me waiting.

This is the last time I order from a L'Oreal owned company. Using Evri is just embarrassing.

My heart sank when I saw they use Evri. Products worth hundreds of pounds and they use Evri? Come on, amateurish.

Having seen a lot of negative reviews after spending over £150 I was a little concerned, however everything arrived quickly, it was well packaged and all of my freebies were included. I can’t speak for the customer service issues that others have had as I didn’t need to contact anybody!

I placed an order on 2nd May, which never arrived. I was told I had to wait 14 calendar days for the order to arrive. I did and it didn’t arrive. I emailed again and was told they couldn’t send out another item, but would refund me. For the refund, I had to wait another 15 working days. I contacted them again on 12th June, stating I hadn’t received my refund, and I was ignored. I emailed again on 20th June and, nothing. Emailed again today and radio silence. I am now having to instigate a cashback with my bank. Outrageous customer service. I am now £32 out of pocket, with nothing to show for it. Will never use again!

Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Total lack of comprehension of UK Consume Law. False advertising in relation to product and repetitive inaccurate and poorly drafted emails from the customer service.

I've received an email "Our most generous gift awaits…" and decided to place an offer. Bought £174 in products, to not receive the so called gift (a pouch with 5 miniatures, worth £62). I'm calling YSL support and I have no updates, since the issue was escalated to another department. I'm quite frustrated and considering not to buy on the website again.

The products are good, but its better placing an offer elsewhere where the customer feels valued indeed.

This offer is a scam.

Terrible experience, they neither send my product nor refund my money, I was literally scammed

This company has such a reputation for it's products but clearly doesn't recognise the term 'customer service' They market a fine Eau de Parfum 'Opium' a particular favourite of my wife for many years. Recently, as she neared the end of a bottle she noticed that there was a small quantity of perfume left at the bottom of the bottle which could not be reached by the internal pipe/spray. There is no means of reaching this quantity which, considering the cost of the product [£110 per 50ml]] must make them a tidy little bonus on their world-wide sales. I have written to them twice. Had one reply asking me to send a photograph [which I had done originally] and the receipt - from over 2 years ago. I wrote a second time and they are now ignoring me and failing to respond. This is a disappointing situation and I would advise any other customers to take up the matter with them and change to another superior product as I have done purchasing Chanel instead. Get a grip YSL your clients deserve better than this.

UPDATE!!! YSL a company so arrogant they think they can sell an advent calendar full of RUBBISH and totally ignore all messages and reviews THEIR DISRESPECT IS UNBELIEVABLE BUY ELSEWHERE LOOKFANTASTIC have a great one with superb customer service unlike YSL. Advent calendar should be called rip off calendar.
This was bought for my partner but her son and must say it’s the biggest bag of cheap giveaway samples you have ever seen. Multiple lines that look identical nothing special in fact just pure rubbish, and what will they do….. jack s**t. UPDATE
A company so far up their own backside they think they don’t have to respond to criticism!!!!! Nice to know what ar**s they are, just MONEY GRABBERS

I feel compelled to write a review, due to the negatively others have posted. I used this site for the first time, placed my orders, then after this, checked out Trust pilot. I was extremely worried that I'd spent a quite a lot of money, and the reviews were so bad. Needless to say, I had nothing to worry about. My items arrived, as promised within a few days, along with the free items which were a perk to placing my order. I have no hesitation in recommending YSL Beauty.

Great experience with this company. Ordered a fragrance, very good price , arrived in two days. Excellent…..I see poor reviews posted and they are the opposite to my experience.
