After spending thousands of $ on their online boutique, I had the audacity to complain about not receiving the gift with purchase they promised. I got in touch with customer service and they said they cannot send the gift separately, but they offered to refund me $20, which I accepted. They never did that! Instead, I got an email with a 10$ off for my next purchase. Guess what, that ''next purchase'' will never happen. Horrible customer service, don't buy from them!

Having spent well over enough to get a free gift, I contacted customer service as this was not showing in my order confirmation. They assured me it was included and due to be dispatched soon. The order turned up with no free gift. I've since emailed and they told me they would get back to me shortly, which they never did and are now ignoring me emails. Not a true 'luxury' brand and I will not order from again.

I placed an order on Feb 6th and was supposed to have a free Grind tin with my Black Opium purchase. I never received the email so contacted customer service.

I got a reply asking to check my spam then NOTHING until today, March 14th where they told me that the gift is out of stock and there's nothing they can do!

You can currently find the SAME OFFER on the website, it's so cheeky to let it online!

The customer support is useless, take a MONTH to reply, wouldn't recommend purchasing from them!

Purchased a mascara from YSL and was warned by the beautician that many people return them because they dry up quickly and I need to be extra careful. I have made sure the lid is secure, I do not pump the mascara and yet my mascara has dried up! I’m very disappointed especially as I would consider the company a luxury brand. I would return and fight my case in a shop however I have no receipt.

I ordered some perfume for a birthday gift 19th Nov and I am still waiting I have checked DPD tracking ref and they haven’t even received a parcel I feel scammed I have sent several emails to YSL Beauty and just receive were looking into it… I am asking for money back DO NOT USE this website I now believe it is NOT LEGIT….

Opted to have a birthdau gift delivered to a dpd pick up point, never arrived there then it was a constant uphill battle to get a refund. Absolutely disastrous customer service. Took 2 months to get a refund.

Recently reviewed Dior lipsticks as well, and going to say the same here.

They do make you feel powerful, beautiful, confident etc. But I think I just bought into the psychology of their marketing. It was more of a status quo I think.

They are lovely in amazing packaging, but I think once you’ve bought them you can literally recreate the look with drugstore products. Even formula and application wise, I dont think they particularly stand out, they don’t perform badly, but nothing too exciting. It’s a good purchase once in a while to treat yourself.

Just felt compelled to write a review because I like YSL as a brand and my big love of theirs is perfume. I’ve never ordered from their website before, but wanted a perfume only they had in stock. It was from their private collection, so expensive, and after reading the reviews I was mortified thinking it would never arrive or arrive without issue! I ordered on Sunday and to my relief and surprise it arrived free delivery within 2 working days (Tuesday). It was beautifully packaged and the product is amazing 😻 Their website could do with simplifying, but I can’t fault the product or the service and YSL remains a love ❤️

Love YSL make up. It’s so convenient to order online especially with free and quick delivery. It’s a bonus to receive a free gift with every order.

Received my sample YSL Libre today smells fabulous certainly will be buying a bottle ☆☆☆☆☆

I tried a sample Libre perfume in Vogue and loved it. Next I went to the YSL website and ordered a large bottle, with 15% off. It has been delivered within 3 days by courier, notification came first thing this morning when it would come, and it arrived well within the alloted timeframe by a cheerful delivery man. Thank you - this is excellent service and the website works for me too.

Coverage is good but sample I received is quite light colour.. I need a darker shade

Non delivery by DPD on 2 occasions despite tracking history showing that deliveries were attempted and calling cards left. All factually incorrect. Numerous calls and emails to YSL resulting in them cancelling the order, which I actually did not want to cancel but no option from YSL to be sent back out, as DPD returned it to them due to non-delivery. Photo from DPD sent via YSL showed a house in my village but not my property, not in my street, displaying a different house name and with someone in the garden to whom delivery could have been made had it been the correct address. Truly awful courier service and not much better from YSL as then had to chase for my refund. Would not purchase from the website again.

Before i place my order they offer a bonus because I CHOOSE BUY LIBRE LE PARFUM OF 50ML THE BONUS OFFER I ADD FOR FREE WAS A LIPSCTICK COUTURE N70 and 2 sampler more then when i pay my order they took off the lipstick of the BONUS THEY OFFER WITH THE PARFUM. Really!
If you gonna put the sale beautiful for clients do what you are offering i totaly cancel this order.....

Terrible foundation. Whoever changed the formula should be fired!
After 15yrs of loyalty, I'm saying goodbye to Touche Eclat Le Teint. Unlike the old formula that I wore for hours including sweating at the gym and it staying put, the new cakes, dries out and is the worst foundation I've ever put on my face! I tried everything...premier, setting spray, nothing, everything and it's the same sad story.
I've started using MAC which actually stays on.
Goodbye YSL. I've always recommended the foundation but that's history. BYE!

Disappointed with overall foundation purchase
Having used shade B40 YSL all hours for more years than l care to remember I was running low and unable to purchase new one after searching high and low online I rang YSL who told me it was out of stock & to keep trying! She never mentioned it was being discontinued! So when eventually the the new all hours appeared on the website I was excited to get my B40 foundation. Shade numbers had changed so I enquired to YSL to ensure I got correct shade equivalent to B40 I was advised MN7 was B40! After a very poor customer service experience regarding YSL advertised discounts I ordered foundation.. discount wasn’t applied as stated on website, customer services couldn’t help ! Foundation arrived OMG I was more Donald Trump than Donald Trump totally different colour and certainly not equivalent shade. YSL why do you not supply a sample with they order before customers have to use full bottle? Not everyone lives within travelling distance of a YSL counter. Obviously very disappointed as I’m unable to use this foundation it’s totally wrong shade for me and left unsure which shade is the correct one not having access to local counter. I applied both old and new shades to a sheet of paper for colour comparison. I did this at my dressing table upstairs walked downstairs to kitchen window with best natural light the new foundation was still wet and remained so until I rubbed my finger over it! Photos attached. Very disappointing online ordering experience and very disappointed customer.

Response from ysl! They obviously don’t want negative reviews and worse don’t contact me to address issues highlighted in review. Shocking customer service.

Terrible customer service I have bought makeup for over 20 years but after contacting customer services about a product, (the first time I ever have too) I have been ignored since May! I get the odd message saying someone is goimg to contact me but they never have. Would not recommend buying anything from this company unless you don't mind typical low standard rubbish unprofessional British customer service

Never ever again will I buy a YSL bag the customer service must be written of a script since the 12/06/22 I have been trying to trace a bag that was sent back and was received and yep some of this my fault as I sent it to the wrong department but surely anyone with a bit of intelligence would know this and send it back so far 12 phone calls 15 emails and the same old answers we have to track the warehouse to find it😡😡 am on stress and massive anxiety because of this yet again
When will I learn

Ordered perfume and other products. Perfume did not arrive. This, was over a month ago. I rang straightaway. After chasing I today receive curt email saying I had received it. Outrageously bad service and customer service. They have not listened at all.
