Exceptional Service When I Needed It Most
I’m genuinely impressed with Yuan Plus and their level of customer service.
Last night, on a Friday, around 8:15 PM Iran time, my usual exchange service suddenly ran into a problem and was unable to complete my transaction. By that time, almost everywhere was already closed and nobody was answering the phone. After searching online, I found Yuan Plus and contacted them.
Despite it being around 10:00 PM in Iran (2:30 AM in China), they went out of their way to help me make a payment of around $2,300 through Alipay. They even kept their payment partner in China awake at that hour and handled everything despite it being a non-working day.
What impressed me most was that while other services were telling me they could only help the next afternoon or even the day after, Yuan Plus managed to get the payment done in time and gave me until 6:00 AM the following morning to complete everything.
This was far more than I expected from a company I had only just found online. Their responsiveness, dedication, and willingness to help outside normal working hours were exceptional.
