love the idea of the highest win rate guarantee... it doesn't guarantee i'll win, but i know i'm getting the highest paying version of the game

I had no problems with this casino other than it being extremely slow at payouts.
But recently, they put a restriction on me, because they sent me something in the mail for a free $10 to play. And as soon as I redeemed it, they put all of my points on hold. And I am unable to redeem any points and they are unable to help me at all. They don't even tell me why I'm restricted, but apparently I'm suspended for no reason at all. And i'm not the only one that this has happened to, because my sister in law also told me that her account has been restricted like that for over a year.But they tell me that I can still deposit money and play games.So they're willing to let me deposit money and waste my money but i'm not allowed to spend any of my points stay away from this casino.It is the worst one out there

Your customer service is very good, However, It is now 10 business days, and , was suppose to have some money dedosited by last night. This morning I was toldI( reversed and this is the reason for further delay. No. I did not reverse and money that had to be deposited by yesterday. I woun more money and this is what I have been reversed to play which is still there. I told them I will not withdraw from the approved amount.I would appreciate you depositing my money. It is mine. This morning I won big and had alsmost 200 and suddeenly disappeared, Joyce Pooran 85 years old.

It's only been 2 days but this online casino does not work well on my PC, very very laggy. Takes like 10 minutes to re-load games, some slots are not loading. When I log in from my cellphone, it shows $0 balance, so I guess there is no syncing? Also be aware there is wagering requirements to be met. What you win off of bonuses is not automatically withdrawable. Not too happy so far. There should also be some daily free spin or something to keep people coming back in my opinion.
Update 10 min after writing this, I had $70, had to close the tab because it was lagging too much. When I tried again, I now have $0. ??? what happened. There is no clear LOG IN or LOG OUT button either. But I see my email address if I go to the deposit/withdrawal area. but my earnings have dissappeared! Update again: customer service was great, restored my balance once I got past the useless AI chat bot. Paul was cheerful and conversing with me on other things as well.
UPDATE: It's the next day and my balance on PC shows $0 again. Contacted support and he had me log in through a link. Balance back BUT my games have reset! And it took time to get them through to certain levels before.. super mad. But this is not resolved yet. My balance keeps coming and going inbetween these 2 situations. Sometimes it appears with my games reset and other times it is gone but my games are there the way I left them last night but I can't play because of no balance. Support was not helpful from this regard, could not do anything. Once I lose the little money I had in balance I will be done with this site.
