The Panda rice cooker is very good, trouble is I got this second hand and the person I got it from does not have an order number he can give me from when he originally ordered it. I need it apparently to get spares for example a steamer bowl. I went on the site and it stated I need an order number! I emailed and they said the same! All I want is to buy some accessories which I now can't! An obsolutely rediculous way to operate. Won't be buying this brand again.

This is not the case with other suppliers unless you are claiming on warranty etc, so your answer is incorrect. I can go to Ninja, Shark, Bosch, and many leading brands and just buy an accessory. I don't need to supply an order number and never had to with anybody for many many years unless it is a warranty claim. As I said I will not be buying this brand again.

My Panda stopped working after a year (btw. great product, best price/value by far). I reached to the customer service and they told me to keep the old cooker and they sent me a new one (2 year warranty).

People working there are very kind and they respond promptly.

After purchasing my mini rice cooker it worked perfectly for a few weeks before a flaw developed on the lid.
I reported this to Yum Asia who could not have been more helpful. They replaced my cooker with a new one immediately.

The mini rice cooker is a wonderful item which I cannot recommend enough.

After failed deliveries and a bad rice cooker, Yum Asia's Louse heped us pick the Sakura model. It arrived in 2 days and cooks perfect rice effortlessly.

The price was cheaper than elsewhere. It's true that you should always buy direct. Amazon let me down but Yum Asia saved the day.

Finally cooking good rice with consistent results. Went through every method of cooking rice (there are a LOT of them!) when all that was needed is a good quality rice cooker with fizzy logic.

he's about to go to University and giving him a kumo rice cooker means he can cook his favorite dishes with rice and a lot more. Delivery took 3 days and he already tried it before he goes away and was impressed.

We bought rice, a washing bowl, storage container, spatula and recipe book from here. Unfortunately we bought our rice cooker from another company as we thought it was the same as Yum Asia but it turns out that it was not the same at all with poor instructions, no marks on the pot and a display that was in german! We have muddled thorugh with it but it was my fault we didn't buy our rice cooker also from Yumasia and my wife won't let me forget it.

Our house hold goes through hot water kettles every year. They all broke within weeks and even the quickest of them still involves a few minutes wait. We bought the Oyu from this company and it's large 4 litre size keeps our family going with instant hot water all through the day and often into the next day. We drink a lot of tea and coffee and being able to get hot water within seconds at the drinking temperature we want is a god send.

I was looking for a rice machine which could germinate brown rice into GABA rich rice and the Bamboo machine from YumAsia can do it. The GABA brown rice takes around 2 hours to make but it's worth it as the nutty sweet rice is very special and extraordinary for the body. My husband uses it for slow cooking which makes things like pulled pork an easy task.

We want the best for our family in terms of food quality and food safety. We east so much rice it's ridiculous so finding a device that makes cooking it easily was an obvious decision. However, finding a cooker that was safe with good food safe materials was not easy. Luckily, the Yum Asia brans hit the spot and we have been happy users of our Bamboo for 5 years now and its a beast of machine which churns out quality healthy meals every day and every time.

I purchased the same rice cooker twice. The first time I used a PO box as shipping address. My bad. The second time I did it right. I submitted my questions on their website and the Customer Support got back to me the same day via email. I never received the first order. It was sent back to the company. I received refund for the first order.

10 out of 10 for rice cooking - Nothing much else to say except get a rice cooker because it changes your perspektive on rice.

No I don't want something ugly sitting on our kitchen counter top. Yes I want somethink that looks stylish which means no garish ugly colours or bad designs. The only problem I had with yum asia was trying to decide from so many good looking rice cookers but honestly any of them would be good and I have no doubts in recommending this company to others.

We were unlucky enough to receive a Zojirushi rice cooker which was dead on arrival. We contracted their help page and within 30 minutes we received a response. Louise arranged for a replacement to be sent and within 4 days the broken rice cooker was returned to Yum Asia and we were cooking with my new one. You cant get better than that.

I used my panda rice cooker for 2 years without fail. I did have to buy a new bowl after only 2 months but that was my fault as I put in my dishwasher on a very aggresive clean cycle and it ruined it.
My fault for not reading that you shouldn't do that. All the bowl needs anyway is a gentle wipe with a soft cloth with some water and it cleans up perfectly. 2 years on and the ninja ceramic is as good as new.

No gimmicks, just good stuff - tried their hommali rice, basmati and their short grain koshihikari and it's all excellent. Cook in a rice cooker as we do or cook in a pan (the old fashioned way). Either method will come out good but a rice cooker makes it so much easier and is incredibly time saving.
