This is a scam website. Purchased a quad bike adventure for two, and on the day of the experience, the venue didn't even offer such experience, or have anything to do with yumping! No way of contacting any support, no reply from any emails, and after 1 year not even my bank could refund me (still "in progress" on the refund).

The tour guide doesn’t work with this website. They are using his pictures and details without permission. I paid for a horse tour for 2 people. I contacted the customer service and haven’t heard back. Money lost, avoid!!

Booking a boat trip through yumping only to be told when I contacted the tour operator in Playa Blanca that they were no longer accepting bookings from yumping. Still waiting for a refund.

UPD: Unfortunately the supplier never got back to me, but Fernando from Yumping contacted me quickly and offered alternatives. They didn’t really fit what I wanted (I was aiming for a specific route for Jet Ski), so we proceeded with a refund. The money has already hit my account, thanks to Fernando for the fast handling.

I recently had the joy of enjoying a horseback riding tour with my family through Yumping.com, and I can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish.

3 hours after I wrote the below on Trustpilot MR: Fernando Perea Flores from Yumping took action. He sorted things out and made a refund very quickly. Case closed thanks for his good work.

We booked a rafting trip Tuesday the 8.th. of July (BOOKING REFERENCE: OUUNG) - We have a fixed date on the 11.th. Despite we have contacted Yumping and the provider of the rafting trip - nobody is answering, don´t know where to meet up and not even a timeframe....Please get back...

I asked for my refund and they gave it back. They did very well.

After buying a boat trip the owner of the boat contacted us. They don't cooperate with yumping anymore and they don't have free slots for us. Still waiting for refund. Already called the police and my bank to make a chargeback. This is a scam. Do not buy anything on this site.

This is a scam website . That steals business information and customer money..... DO NOT USE.

We booked a speed boat trip.
When we called the actual company to confirm our time and date they told us this speed boat ride is no longer available and to re-contact yumping for a refund. YUMPING have refused to refund the money saying we can book an alternative activity. We don’t want any other activity. Just a refund and they revise. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES . They are Thieves

paid for an experience through Yumping.com, received a confirmation and a voucher. Later I was informed that the activity didn’t exist and was never scheduled.

This felt like a scam – taking payment for something that isn’t available. I did get a refund, but only after chasing them. Be careful and verify everything directly with the provider before booking.

Great communication on where to meet at the port, amazing skipper, chilled but in control. We had a thoroughly enjoyable few hours. We sailed in the direction we wanted to go so would recommend these guys

Pursue a chargeback through your credit card provider, if you booked something, because it is normal for the event to never happen.

Yumping deliberately make it difficult to contact them, and notice that they stopped replying to reviews here. The contact form on their website does not work. Their cancellation form does not work. They ignore emails, letters and phone calls, much like many of the scammers who advertise on Yumping.

Reviews of Yumping on this page are filled with event provider companies who terminated their relationship with Yumping yet Yumping refuses to remove their page!

Because this is Yumping's business model: to scam customers, knowing that some will not spend the time needed to obtain a refund.

These reviews are also filled with customers who were effectively scammed by Yumping through fake and obsolete company profiles.

File a complaint with Yumping's payment processor, redsys.es, referring them to this page.

You can file complaints with the relevant authorities in Spain where Yumping is registered, and with their domain and hosting providers, and with the UK's Financial Conduct Authority and Serious Fraud Office, and with the European Union's regulator. You can contact the building where they have their registered office, and their bank, and their accountant.

I myself booked an excursion with booking reference X8ZVD and they gave me contact details for a company that deleted their WhatsApp account and told me by email that they stopped providing the advertised service in 2023. They proved that that Yumping know they ceased operating.

I have reason to believe that Yumping leaves fake reviews here to mislead potential customers.

Great adventure to drive along the river and the wine fields. The guide told us a lot about the historie and the wine.

Item description is completely incorrect.

I booked a Quad Biking experience for 9 which cost me £360. I received an email confirmation explaining that someone would be in touch in 2 days time to book me in.

Heard nothing back - that was 6 days ago. Im now opening a chargeback with my bank!

I managed to track down the company who the event was purportedly booked with - they had no idea who Yumping were and have reported them.

I have tried contacting via the website which was hopeless - managed to find an email address... but im not holding my breath

I want my money back! This company sold me ti let’s to an event that didn’t exists!!!!

I've got a €30 gift voucher that was given to me by my colleagues for a diving course, purchased through the platform. When I tried to book the activity with the provider, they informed me that they have not been working with the platform for over a year. They also explained that they had requested to be removed from your listing, but this was never done. As a result, they are unable to offer the service because they are no longer in partnership with them and do not receive payments from yumping company.
When I tried to request the refound, their contact form on the website didn't work. I sent an email, hoping to get an answer and get my refound. Will update this review if it will be done.

UPD: I was contacted by the company representative by phone, saying I'l get the full refound in a few days.

Yumping sold me a reservation and then the activity provider told me he did not offer that services, now having to claim myself back the money through a scam procedure via bank. Not recommended.
