Have tried to contact to remove a business page. Yumping will not comply and take down our listing, they continue to take bookings on our behalf which we do not honour.

Awful scam company, BEWARE

Don't do business with this company as they do not pay there suppliers. after contacting them by email and phone they do not reply.

My friend and I done a skydive from totana .. the staff were amazing ..especially the guys we were attatched too .. they explained every single detail of what we had to do . The jump was just amazing ..I would highly recommend the company ..Yumping .com ... that we booked it through ..I use this company a lot .. wouldn't use anyone else ..

Bungee jumping with Bungy Teques is safe and so much fun in a stunning landscape, over the beautiful Tequesquitengo lake, near Mexico City. The team is very professional and kind, they just make it feel safe and easy to jump, for real!

The guide was friendly and was very patient with all of us who were struggling to jump, price to experience ratio is fantastic!

Highly NOT recommend this provider. I had an issue with my experience and was trying to get a redemption, which was suggested by my activity host.
Not only did they not give the redempton, they completely ignored my emails (3, to be precise) and there is no phone number to be seen.
Honestly, save yourself time and just book on site, not using this.

Unfortunately as many others I bought a horse riding for kids. When I called the organization they told me that everything was only for adults but they couldn't contact yumping to change the description. I requested the reimbursement, they promised it to do it in 48 hrs...but it's one month now..and I didn't get my money back.

We booked a kayaking session for 3 people on the 7th October 2024 at Real Club Nautico Torrevieja for 75 euros. They do not run these activities in the low season, and they also say the do not accept bookings from third parties like yumping.

However, we got an immediate refund from MBNA, our credit card supplier. To be fair, yumping were not told that the kayaking had stopped on 1st October for the winter season. We shall book again next year in the summer season.

Monet has been more than wonderful. Speaks a very good English. She is nice, patient and helpful. She is the person you always wish to be talking to. I strongly recommend to hire people like her. Thank you for your service and kind help :-)

Monet was extraordinarily helpful, friendly and professional.

I did a 2 hour horse trip in Spain in August with my son and his cousin. It was a nice experience. The reservation was easy on the Yumping website. Once the ride was finished the person in charge scanned the QR code received by mail.

The tour and the employees were very nice and kind with extra attention to the children.

Very bad experience, they took my money and never answered me again and not returned emails. don't deal with them

Update: 01.09.2024:
After plenty of request via their website (the standard procedure), I looked for their imprint and found an email related to the company. Sending the request once again to this email address ended up solving the problem. I still did not receive any notification about the email being processed, but after 2/3 days I received a confirmation for my refund which was ready on my bank account after another day of waiting - therefore as some other comments going to 3 Stars.

As the previous comment selling fixed dates without having insights if there will be an activity. Booked a helicopter flight for 07/08/24. The responsible company told me that a flight will take place on 10/11 of august.
Asked for a refund 2 times without even getting a confirmation that my request arrived. Then on the other hand it is not possible to refund fixed date activities, so I could not even use the dedicated cancelation procedure on their website.

I dont like doing this and would have no problem with their method if the refunding system would properly work in this regard.

I'm upgrading this from 1 to 3 as after this report I was contacted directly. I'm not making it a 4 or a 5 as I've been told I was using the wrong email address because it's an international address that gets lots of spam... surely that's not the customer issue? They them sent me an address of someone I've never heard of telling me I should use that one.

Sounds like they have some internal comms issues, but are working on it, hence the rating up from 1 to 3.

It has been very disappointing booking a tour through Yumping.
The tour operator was never available in over 2 months and didn't sound reliable at all. He was only answering after 1-2 weeks after I wrote him a text.
I tried to ask for a refund emailing and calling Yumping but even though in their website they wrote "rest assured: you'll be contacted by one of our member within 48 hours" nobody answered

Don't waste your money and your time,
STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I really enjoyed the horse riding. The environment was beautiful and the horses were exceptionally well behaved. It was really wonderful!
