I reached out to the company about an order I placed. I needed the hair to arrive by a certain date and wanted to confirm it would indeed be here.
I received a response maybe a 24 to 48 hours and was assured my order would be here before the end of the week. They even told me a color I ordered was out of stock and offered a different color in its place. I went with something else and was told again the order would be here in time.
I got the delivery yesterday, 3 days after my 1st email from the Company

I always love getting my hair from Ywigs because the quality is unmatched. The hair is always soft and the bundles are always full and the level of service is excellent. I was curious about when my crochet hair would be delivered. I wanted to do miracle braids for my sons graduation. I contacted them through instagram and Linn got back to me immediately. Linn had my shipping number and carrier within mins. I can’t wait to install this hair. THANK YOU LINN.

I reached out to customer service about the status of my order as I was on a timeline before my upcoming vacation. I got a response from Wendy who let me know that my order was on it's way, but by that time I had already figured out other arrangements to fit my timeline. My order wasn't going to arrive in time. I responded to Wendy and let her know I had made other arrangements and asked if I could still cancel my order for a full refund? Wendy did just that. Cancelled my order and gave a full refund. The customer service I received was top notch. It was timely and the resolve was reasonable. I let Wendy know that I will be back, though, as this was my 3rd or 4th order from Ywigs. I love their products!!!

I had Wendy by mail, I needed my hair asap and she handled it so well by shipping it the next morning, I received my order in 5 days! so grateful for her💌

Their quality of their products is amazing, I have my hair braiding business and it has been great working with their hair. Also amazing working with them as an ambassador of their products by collaborating with them and receiving gifts.

Customer service has been awesome (Wendy)! I placed an order and the address was incorrect, I reached out to customer service support to correct it. These guys responded back immediately, corrected my address, and was willing to answer my questions and concerns. WAY TO GO GUYS!!!!!

Great customer service! Communication regarding any issues or delays was handled in a timely manner, and they made sure to offer other options when needed. I really appreciated the professionalism and responsiveness throughout the process.

Awful experience. The customer service through both the website chat and email has been extremely disappointing. I reached out multiple times and received no response. When I finally got someone through chat hours later, I was told my order would ship the next day — and it still did not.

This was already after multiple days of delays, and now it has been over 14 days since I placed my order. I just submitted a request to cancel the order entirely, and honestly, I’m hoping they even respond to that.

This is truly ridiculous. If you set business hours and shipping timelines, customers should be able to expect responses and updates within those timelines. Communication has been terrible, and the delay has been unacceptable.

I will definitely be shopping with another company from now on. Don’t waste your time. If this is not resolved, I will be reporting the issue to the BBB.
