Great customer service

I recently made a purchase at YWigs, I was extremely nervous because I've never purchased crochet hair before. After paying, I realized that I had ordered the wrong length for my desired style. I reached out to customer service and Serena was able to modify it for me. She was very patient with me, and corrected my order immediately.

Initially the communication for return…

Initially the communication for return instruction was a bit slow. Once connection happened the customer service communication has been flowing well. Although we are still waiting for the inspection process once the product arrives.

I sent a DM on instagram to inquire…

I sent a DM on instagram to inquire about the status of my order because I didn’t receive an order processing email. I lowkey thought I got scammed but then Linn responded with a detailed message letting me know the process. Linn even responded after business hours so shoutout to her !

I’ve been trying to reach this company…

I’ve been trying to reach this company for days regarding an order that I need for my appointment friday. They take forever to respond and don’t answer any phone calls. They said I’d receive my tracking number but nothing. This is why I hate ordering from hair companies because they take forever and I don’t have time for this I spent over $200. If something’s going on with an order just let the customer know. No reason it should be this frustrating. DO BETTER

I accidentally ordered the wrong color…

I accidentally ordered the wrong color for my braiding hair and was so worried it would ship before I could fix it. I contacted their team via email and they handled it immediately. They were incredibly helpful, advising me exactly what they had in stock available for immediate dispatch, while also offering custom-coloured bundles with a 10-day wait, if I preferred. They exchanged my order to the correct in-stock colour free of charge and ensured it would ship out without any delays. Fantastic, fast communication and very supportive staff. Thank you so much for saving my order!

I have ordered from Ywigs twice

I have ordered from Ywigs twice, and the quality of the hair exceeded my expectations. I have purchased hair from other companies in the past, but I highly recommend Ywigs.

If you need to contact the company, email communication works best. I went on vacation and reached out to request that my package be held for ten days. To my surprise, once I emailed them to ship my package, they handled my request promptly and professionally.

Customer Service 10 out of 10!!!!

They did not have the color and length I wanted to do my sisters hair in time for my daughters wedding.

I reached out to them and explained the situation and they upgraded the hair and immediately shipped it so the hair could arrive in time.

Service and customer satisfaction alone will make me shop here every time.
