I recently made a purchase at YWigs, I was extremely nervous because I've never purchased crochet hair before. After paying, I realized that I had ordered the wrong length for my desired style. They were incredibly helpful, advising me exactly what they had in stock available for immediate dispatch, while also offering custom-coloured bundles with a 10-day wait, if I preferred. They exchanged my order to the correct in-stock colour free of charge and ensured it would ship out without any delays. Fantastic, fast communication and very supportive staff. If you need to contact the company, email communication works best. I went on vacation and reached out to request that my package be held for ten days. To my surprise, once I emailed them to ship my package, they handled my request promptly and professionally.
