Why had I never used this company…

Why had I never used this company before? The table top I purchased for my patio is well made and the price was better than anywhere else. I was surprised at the wide range of products available on the website. Best of all, my table top was shipped quickly. I recommend everyone looking for restaurant merchandise for use in your home to check our Zanduco.

Following your e-Transfer payment on April 28th, our representative, Ali, spoke with you and noted a 7-day lead time, which you kindly accepted. We see that you sent an inquiry on April 30th; unfortunately, this email was missed by our sales team, and we sincerely apologize for that lack of response.

However, we want to reassure you that your order was dispatched via UPS the very next day, on May 1st, and the tracking details were automatically sent to your email from our system. While we met the shipping deadline, we completely agree that our communication should have been sharper regarding your email. We are addressing this internally to ensure no message gets left behind.

I bought rice warmer

I bought rice warmer. It was smaller than
I needed when I asked them to return. They said they didn’t refund full amount
Which i paid . They are taking 20% of full amount. I never seen like this anywhere any

I paid hundreds of dollars in shipping costs. the truck arrived and couldnt even lift the pallet using the liftgate. I had to personally lift my equipment off of the truck and get it into the house. EDIT: After speaking with the team i was credited for the unused liftgate.

I am sincerely sorry to hear about your experience. To have to personally unload heavy equipment when you have paid for a liftgate service is completely unacceptable and not the level of service we expect from our carriers.

While residential and liftgate fees are standard industry requirements, the service itself must be performed correctly. We are currently investigating this with the shipping company to find out why the equipment failed and why this wasn't handled properly on-site.

We are looking into this and will be in touch shortly with a resolution.
