Zappyrent easy and fast
Zappyrent made everything extremely easy and fast. With them I rent my house in few days with no stress, they managed everything and guided me when needed.

No stress and reliable
As a landlord, I found Zappyrent services very convenient. I did everything online and the rent is guaranteed. Some issues in the beginning, but thanks to their customer care, now is all settled and going straight.

ZappyRent is an untrustworthy agency…
ZappyRent is an untrustworthy agency that refuses to return deposit money. Based on my experience, they deliberately misled me, preventing me from getting my deposit back. Students, in particular, should be cautious. They make promises to help but never follow through.
In my case, I have clear email evidence showing their misleading actions. I asked if I could start a three-month notice period from November while vacating the flat in February—ensuring I wouldn’t lose my deposit. They confirmed that they understood my situation and assured me they would proceed accordingly.
I repeatedly asked if I needed to take any additional steps, and they told me I didn’t need to do anything—they would handle everything. However, it turns out I was supposed to send a notice to my landlord—something ZappyRent never mentioned despite me asking twice.
Now, they claim the three-month notice was not met and refuse to return my deposit—a significant amount of money. If they had been honest, I could have planned my check-out differently to avoid this loss.
For anyone who doubts this, I have screenshots of all email conversations where ZappyRent explicitly stated: "We can accommodate your request and start the termination notice from November 7th, which means the three-month notice period will end on February 7th." I terminated my contract accordingly, yet I still haven’t received my deposit back.
This was not a mistake—it was intentional. Do not trust ZappyRent!

Zappyrent is the worst agency you can…
Zappyrent is the worst agency you can rent the house from!!! They do NOT give back deposit and they create situations so that It’s your fault!!! Be aware.
THEY DO NOT GIVE BACK DEPOSIT! I have all the email screenshots and proof of how they mislead me not to give it back. They have told me that I had to meet 3 months notice in order to take it back, they told me they agreed on considering my situation and they would take the timeline from the date where the 3 months notice would start and I HAVE PROOF. But in the end, they didn’t give it back. They have agreed on helping me and in the end they did the worse.
It’s hard to communicate with them because they tell you one thing but then it appears that it’s the other way so DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Zappyrent is an amazing Agency if…
Zappyrent is an amazing Agency if you’re looking to rent you apartment or looking for an apartment to rent itself. I found my amazing apartment thanks to them and their agency, who made sure every step ahead was clear for me and they also make sure the landlord has a safe process with renting their houses. I definitely reccommend it to anyone who wants a nice apartment with nice service from their Agency. At this point I just hope they re-new my contract again next year.

great experience
