Great half day tour of some of the sites to see in Naxos! Even if you rent a car you will not be able to get the same experience... as the tour guide explained everything on our lovely drive through the beautiful island.

Mystical Mountain Adventure
It was an unusually cloudy and mystical kind of day, perfect for a bus tour. Our driver was careful and we felt safe on the winding roads, the views were spectacular, it was quite an adventure! Our guide was knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and engaging. The timing of the stops was excellent. We felt like we saw a whole other side of Naxos. The coach was comfy too.

Good website
The website was very easy to use. I like that I can put Whatsapp contact. A very good price compared to just booking a ferry yourself.

The Best Tour
The tour around Naxos was excellently guided by an experienced expat living on the island permanently for decades. His calm way of telling and genuine interest in Naxos created a nice atmosphere and nine hours passed rapidly. The stops were all interesting and the driver handeled the bus with confidence on very steep hills. Absolutely nothing negative to say! The best and most professional tour ever.

Back on the saddle
I thought I booked for st.George’s. And apparently it was Plaka beach. Kuriakos was so kind to pick me up & drop me off in Naxos town. The ride was easy breasy along the see. The horses are very calm. Perfect for beginners. I had been awhile for me so it’s was a perfect ride to start again. And afterwards we went into the water with the horses. He made some pictures. So Instagram girlies, you know where to be. Thank you Kuriakos !

Stairway to Heaven
I had a most excellent hike up Mt Zas from Agia Marina with guide, Giorgos. Giorgos was full of interesting information about the vegetation, history and the geography of the area. He was generous and considerate and paced the hike perfectly for me. The day was gorgeous, the views from the top stunning, and the company welcome and easy. I would highly recommend the experience.

Booked a daylong boat trip to…
Booked a daylong boat trip to Koufonisia with this tour operator through Viator. The next day I received an email from Zas notifying me that the date I had selected for the boat trip was past the time in October that they ran the excursion, and I was told I would receive a full refund within seven days. I waited several weeks but the refund never came. Had to file a claim with our credit card so they could pursue the refund.

Thank you for this review and thank you for booking with Zas Tours. We are very sorry about what happened here and can only apologize profusely for our mistake. But there also seems to be some slight confusion with this review as we are not a tour operator and we don't work with Viator. We believe, that it's possible that at some point you may have contacted the wrong company. Of course we don't know this for sure.
Firstly, we have checked our records and we can confirm that in this instance we messed up and your refund slipped through the net. We're extremely sorry about this and can appreciate your frustration and upset. We're sorry about the extra work you had to do to organize the refund with your bank. You should not have had to do that.
It's not an excuse by any means, but we should also say that had you chased us up again we would have spotted the mistake and carried out the refund. But we appreciate fully that it is not your responsibility to chase us up. But perhaps you contacted the wrong company? The one that works with viator and is a tour operator?
Because of your case, we are currently making changes to the way we handle refunds and we are sure that this won't happen again. It should not be necessary to contact us more than once.
We hope that despite our messing up here, due to human error, that you might consider using our services again.
Once again, we would like to offer our sincere and genuine apologies for our mistake.

We booked a cooking course at Zas…
We booked a cooking course at Zas Tours. The family which gave this course was very friendly. It was a wonderful family, but very unprofessional. They‘ve spoken very less English, so that a discussion wasn’t possible. Also we got very less explanations or any brochures we could take with us as a reminder. All in all 80,- € have been much to much money for this event.

it was a complete another riding tour…
it was a complete another riding tour as we booked. the riding tour was really disappointed and bad. only on the street!! and we booked a tour on the beach with sundown.
we asked several times the organisation to pay the amound back - no replay until today!! not serious!!
