It feels like the process should be straightforward, yet you’ve made it unnecessarily complicated at every step. At this point, it would be far easier to visit a doctor in person than to navigate this intentionally confusing system.
What’s truly unacceptable is the upfront payment. I receive an initial questionnaire, answer all the relevant questions, and then I’m asked to pay — which I do. €300. Naturally, I assume everything is settled. But then comes a second round of questions demanding personal video evidence and photos, supposedly kept “private.” Why would I ever want to upload private images online? It would be safer and simpler to just go to my Hausarzt.
A logical process would let users complete all questions first, including any sensitive requirements, and then decide whether they want to proceed. If not, they should be free to decline — without having already paid. Don’t take the money upfront, impose unreasonable demands afterward, and then return the payment only five days later when the customer refuses.
Absolutely unbelievable.

Worst services ever, after 1 week of waiting my order never came. Called customer service and she said why did I have to order online next time I should not order online I should go directly to the store it saves her stress and me and I am like what???
Now I request to cancel and its still taking forever to cancel and refund my money.
Wount try this ever again.
And that customer service that instead of finding a solution is asking me why I used and online service, I have nothing to say to her.
