I ordered a prescription sent by mail and it never came. After 10 days I asked them to send another and they never answered. Meanwhile I was without my refill for two weeks (I ordered two weeks before the refill was needed) and no one responded to my emails. Eventually they just cancelled my order and I had to pay again- they ignored my request to send me another prescription by express mail

Expensive Consultation Fee
I find the consultation fee that charged every order is too expensive. If it's around £10-£15 the it would be something everyone won't think hard to pay. In a long term it's lot of money. There are times I wanted to change the way I ordered online the injection.
