Missing tracked postage and definition of shipping origin (non-EU)
Good selection of exclusive titles and sometimes good promotions. For Portugal no options of tracked post which makes it very frustating for keeping up to date with parcel. Also sometimes goods are shipped from UK instead of Spain which incurrs in added customs fees for a product you bought in the spanish shop.Totally not fair.

Reasonably satisfied with service and products. I've had a total of 3 times out of, maybe, 5 orders, where items have been lost during delivery. Zavvi pro-activity tries to satisfy the customer, usually giving a full refund for items lost, however, the reason we place the order is because we want the items and they go missing too often. Maybe change the delivery provider.
