Bought this impulsively

Bought this impulsively, charged more than was advertised, product arrived much smaller jars than expected and the only one I’ve opened is less than half full.

Would not recommend the company to…

Would not recommend the company to anyone.
Placed an order and due to an issue with the post code it was never delivered. Local courier has confirmed it was never delivered and that the company needs to contact them regarding a return. They keep saying it was delivered and will not process refund

AVOID!

AVOID!! I ordered an item, received the item in good time, HOWEVER, I then notice I have a further charge. Without agreeing or any warning, I was put on a monthly subscription at £19 a month. The website has since changed and has a pop up and makes it more clear, but this was completely secret at my time of purchase. The company’s customer service is extremely rude and the company is working against the law. Their defence of the charge was that the invoice AFTER the sale states a subscription and the need to cancel within 7 days. This isn’t legal! The email was missed in my junk folder but no charges should be taken without my consent, knowledge, and warning before sale!!
