The timings on the app aren't entirely…
The timings on the app aren't entirely accurate and they delivered outside of stated hours and did not call other neighbours in the block. However on escalating the issue with customer support they quickly rectified and redelivered on the same day during the original stated hours
Why 4 Stars?
The Zedify courier delivered someone else's parcel to me and mine was nowhere to be found...so why 4 stars? Well the customer service I received after raising the missing parcel issue was tremendous. The lovely Tomos quickly and constantly sent me updates, rectified the situation and within a few hours I had my missing parcel - hooray!

Package never arrived + no option for alternative arrangements.
Wasn't given the option to provide alternative delivery arrangements if I wasn't in, i.e. no option to choose to deliver to safe place or neighbour. Delivery was not scheduled to be reattempted for the next day, which is disappointing. Not super happy with Zedify's service unfortunately :(
Edit: told me they would redeliver two days later and never did. package never arrived. It's been 2 weeks and still no package!

After some confusion with the driver, the customer service was very quick to reply and went the extra mile to help me out. Particular thanks to Vanessa for her help.
Great service and issue resolving
The service was great and when an issue occurred the customer service was really kind and immediately got on it. Received the parcel in the afternoon of reporting the issue, great job, very happy with the service!
Zara parcel received with a smile!
Such a great service from Zedify. My Zara dress arrived exactly when expected and it was so nice to have a smiley delivery person. I hope they carry on bringing my goodies. Also, much preferable to all the old vans coming down my road and dirtying the air.

Had a wonderful time using Zedify! I put in the wrong door number and wasn’t able to have it delivered. After speaking with Tomas at customer service (who was so helpful and lovely) and having the door number changed, they came back and delivered it within the next 10 minutes. Really recommend them!!!

Josh delivered my package today in Salford, he went above and beyond to make sure it was delivered safely. I’ve had so many problems with deliveries in the past so it was really refreshing to have someone text me and check where they should leave it, as I wasn’t in. He went back a second time to deliver it to the right place. A credit to your company!
Parcel redirection from Bristol to London
Honestly couldn't ask for a more supportive company during a delivery crisis. I recently moved to London from Bristol and had sent my delivery to my old address. I reached out to the team at Zedify in a panic and they were able to stop the delivery at the depot and send it to my new address without any additional charge. They communicated with me throughout the entire process which really put my mind at ease. Honestly, thank you to the zedify team. You all truly exhibited exceptional customer service!
Good experience
My parcel was delivered to wrong place due to the wrong post code. I send email to ZEDIFY to report this problem. Rob helped me cope with this and updated to me that the parcel will be delivered to correct address tomorrow. Many thanks for your assistance.
