Drivers should be more mindful about where they park. It is not OK for your drivers to park in disabled bays & return back to the bike and with a 'I don't give a sh!t" attitude...that is not OK! Observed parked in Handel Street WC1 1NP. Images available at your request.

Zedify delivered our Grubbies meal box within the timed window supplied and followed the instructions we gave when we weren't in.

Couldn't ask for more, and all on a zero-emission bicycle too.

Parcel was delivered and left outside my house. When I came back from work it was not there. Outside my house is not a safe space.

Update - had a call from Zedify and spoke to a very helpful man and this has now been sorted - changing review

It was a great experience because I saw that effort at it's best was made to ensure that my delivery was made. I truly appreciate the help rendered.
Tomos was great. He sought out the rider who had attempted the delivery earlier to make a return trip. If the rider hadn't gone back, I would have to return the items as the recipient was leaving the residence tonight.

As per usual evri messing about with a parcel that contact hair products.

Parcel was an excessive size so was delayed 3 days even though it was out for delivery. Had to get company to raise an investigation due to evri not responding

Zedify courier deserves 5 stars for his friendly attitude and sticking to delivery time

Although I was in the driver did not ring the bell but left the parcel outside the house. It was stolen and when I received the notification of delivery it had been stolen.

I have never received my parcel. They didn't bother to use the dedicated space for delivery. No possibility to choose your date/slot for delivery or provide any guidance. For the 3rd attempt i stayed in the building to receive the parcel in hands they just didn't show up. Incredibly bad service.

This is a good delivery service. Couriers are polite and friendly.
