Initially had an issue with an IPS screen I made in an order from Zedlabz. After contacting customer support Kieran was more than helpful to take a look at my pictures and diagnose the issue (it was on me for misinterpreting a step).

Item arrived as described and faster than expected considering I live in Australia. Prices are good and postage price was reasonable aswell. The only issue I have is that the couriers treated the parcel pretty poorly. Thankfully the two items inside were undamaged but the parcel arrived to me very wet, soggy and half torn. I'm surprised the items didn't fall out. This is most likely AusPost at fault so if you order to Australia expect some damage to the packaging. Zedlabz were great and I would order from them again if the need arose :)

When a part was sent incorrectly or me ordering incorrectly it was looked at immediately and this company made my kids birthday the best one ever a few years back and I will forever be in debt to them
