POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Glasses arrived broken and am getting a run around about a replacement. I get a link to a form. That form needs a picture 9f the broken glasses, yet there's no way to attach the pictures. This process is a headache. I will never shop from this site/people again.

Great glasses
I ordered 2 pair of progressive glasses, one clear and one sunglass. When they came there was an error with the sunglasses..they did not come in sunglasses. I did not know this and they were not my progressive prescription. Probably my fault for not reading somewhere they could not be made into sun glasses. I reached out to them and immediately they responded and offered me 3 options..1) redo them clear 2) redo them polarized tint, or return for a credit. I advised them to just redo in clear progressives. Today I received the replaced glasses and they are perfect. Actually, both of my progressives are perfect. The whole return/ redo process took about 10 days. I am so pleased with the customer service and product. Great company!

My prescription has not changed for 6 years and I expected my new glasses I ordered 3 pair would allow me to see clearly. Unfortunately they do not. Nor are they transition glasses that I requested. How do I return these glasses, I am very dissapointed.

Glasses arrived in great condition
Glasses arrived in great condition, ahead of schedule and fit well. My lenses however appear to be wrong? I ordered driving lenses and the lenses attached to my frames are just clear lenses. No glare reduction, no light reduction from lights/lamps. Compared to my other driving frames they're is nearly no change to just wearing fashion lenses.

I love my new glasses. I have never seen this particular design in any optical establishment.
Doing business with Zeelool was easy. My glasses originally came with the wrong prescription. However, they quickly made the return and replacement. I will be purchasing more glasses from Zeelool.

I had a really frustrating experience…
I had a really frustrating experience with Zeelool. I placed my order on February 25th and was told it would arrive within 2 weeks. It is now April 24th — almost 2 months later — and I still didn’t receive my package on time.
To make things worse, my package was sent back without ever being delivered to me. I called customer service and was told they would resend it, but they never actually did. I had to call again just to get them to finally send it out.
This whole process has been extremely inconvenient and disappointing. The lack of communication and delay in resolving the issue is unacceptable. I expected much better service.
