Unable to use my phone # for Zelle…

I'm unable to use my phone # for Zelle transactions. The issue is that Zelle believes the # is either not connected to me or somehow connected to someone else. Neither is correct. My # was assigned to me by AT&T mobile service. It's a new # that no one else has ever had. I called Zelle CS and they told me to contact my Bank. My Bank told me to contact AT&T. AT&T told me to go back to Zelle & my Bank. Basically a Circle Jerk.

Zelle is so easy and yes as long as you…

Zelle is so easy and yes as long as you know who you're sending it to and it's been verified you'll have no problem. Do not send it to an email or phone number of a person you do not know. I did have a problem one time but it was because I did not know the person and I got taken advantage of. Zelle is a handy way of sending money but you have to take responsibility of who you're sending it to.

Scammed by an Uber driver who wanted Zelle

Got scammed by an Uber driver who took advantage of me on a trip to LAX. Driver said that he would cancel the ride and I could Zelle him $100 which was less than the surge price Uber quoted. I sent money to driver but he never canceled the ride and I ended up paying $120 to Uber plus the $100 to the scammer. Uber's responses were useless as they claimed they had a recording of me and the driver at LAX. They refuse to speak with you directly and only use AI to communicate. To date, I'm still out the money even though they know who the driver is and have the means to either prosecute the driver or refund my money. They've done nothing. Zelle has also been unhelpful. They still haven't responded to my complaint.

Never using Zelle again if I can help…

Never using Zelle again if I can help it. They flagged my transfer of $970 and had me on the phone for half an hour, asking me all kinds of questions, some of them quite impertinent. If I'm a verified user and the person I'm sending to is also a verified user, why all the questions? Seems like anything over a very small amount gets flagged, and then it's in limbo until they deign to approve or reject it. Meanwhile, you can't cancel and use another payment app because once you hit the send button, that's it.

This app needs to stop servicing banks there's always a pending issue now on this day thousand of people can't buy food pay rent because there tech Dept sucks and when it does work your playing Russian roulette with a 24 hour hold pending security review. As a c code writer your programmers suck

Zelle is useless for me due to the pay…

Zelle is useless for me due to the pay and receive limits being too low for it to be useful. There are many complaints about this online. Zelle customer service blames the bank. The bank says Zelle sets the limits. Whichever one is correct (since both can’t be), both agree that there is a mysterious and secret algorithm that “may” value amount of money one has with a bank, the breadth of bank services a customer uses at the bank or the number of years a customer has had a relationship with the bank. But none of that makes sense given my own details. Hence, Zelle is useless.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. I was never verified that I was enrolled, money was not transfered, and I was told by zelle that I had to contact my client and have them reach out to their bank to find out the status of the payment. Lady I spoke with was very rude and angry that I had a hard time understanding her talk. Will never use again, and recommend no one uses zelle.

CAN'T SEND MONEY PLUS PROFILE SUSPENDED

I tried to send money today and I got a error saying, "cannot complete transaction at this time". Then I got email saying my profile was suspended. So I called my credit union who informed me it was because of a new contact that the funds were not released. They approved release of funds and said to try again in an hour. I try again in an hour and a half and got the same error. And I got another email saying my profile was suspended again. I mean WTF???

I used to use Zelle!!! Never again

I used to use zelle all the time to pay my employees and my casual labor in my business. But after this weekend being ripped off by something called a refund scam they still got into my bank. Now my bank is froze and the people are enjoying some of my money. I would never recommend Zelle... So I hope zelle enjoys their reputation, and the people who rip me off!!!!

Just don't use it

This has to be the most horrible payment platform to not have fraud protection. Completely bypasses regulation e, which is to protect customers of electronic funds transfer. They really need to up their game or dismantle this god awful platform. Contacted zelle and was completely ignored.

I have called Zelle fraud prevention…

I have called Zelle fraud prevention multiple times in three days. My call holds have lasted anywhere from over 20 minutes to over an hour. When someone finally picked up my call after holding it for 1.11 hrs., the person just went through the spill of asking me to call back in pretense that he was not hearing me say "hello, hello, hellooo!" It is extremely exhausting to be held so long to speak with an entity responsible for ensuring I am not defrauded, only to discover that the entity is not interested in what makes for good customer service.

On the fifth trial, I finally spoke with someone after holding for more than 48 minutes. The agent was extremely helpful, and her attention to detail made me decide to change my review.

Zelle Connected to Prosperity Bank is Trash

I have had my account on hold for almost a month, I’ve called Zelle, I went to my bank IN PERSON and had them call with me to the Online Zelle Number that the Zelle Customer Service has told me to use to get this fixed. The wait time is ridiculous. If you’re planning to call I highly recommend pressing the 1 extension when asked to be called back when they can get back to you. I mean seriously no one is trying to wait over an hour on this phone line. My account has been letting me send money but not letting people send me money back. I loaned a relative a lot of money because they were going to pay me back the next day and now my account has been saying i’m not enrolled with my phone number and only my email. MIND YOU my phone number is literally punched in on my banking app on the Zelle tab. I mean how much more frustrating can this get. I just called them i think for the 4th time this month since it still has not been working. I don’t think I’m ever going to use or recommend using zelle until they get there crap together. There whole CSS process is beyond frustrating.

Zelle was working good then Zelle went and ruined it. Now it doesn't work anymore. Probably some IT person trying to justify their job by going and changing things around once in a while. Now they ruined it.

I hate Zelle

Zelle has become the worst financial app on the market. I am forced to use them through my Navy Federal Credit Union and they locked my account for a $300 transfer to my mother-in-law. When I call Zelle, they say call the bank. When I talk to the bank, they say the problem is with Zelle and they have no solutions. I am forced to use CashApp because PayPal is corrupt.

Tried to send money to my grandson with…

Tried to send money to my grandson with same last name. Refused three times, including after returning their codes correctly and three times spending time answering ridiculous questions from their agents in the Philippines (Do I know my grandson?). I am never going to use it again. I gave it one star, but if possible to give negative stars I would do that.
