Stem cell rejuvenation did not work for me

I visited Dr. Mai at Zen Clinic in Thailand in September 2024 and had stem cell therapy for lower back pain, for which June 2024 MRI scan in Europe showed degenerative disc problem. Six months have now passed since cell rejuvenation therapy and I have not noticed any difference. Infact my problem has got worse and terrible sciatica over last 4 weeks. I just had another MRI scan in London which shows further degeneration since last June.
Whilst Dr. Mai means well, the clinic also seems very professional and marketing material is well done. However if this business is results based, then both good and bad results must be considered - mine are bad. I paid 140,000 Thai baht for the cell rejuvenation treatment. I truly wish I could have given a better review but mine is an honest customer review.
