Seems okay for now
Seems okay for now, application is a bit unusual and at first you need to explore to find all the necessary functions. Anyway, huge plus is the possibility of in-app fiat/crypto exchange and payments. Gamification (quests rewards) is too complex in my opinion.

Great for everyday shopping
I use zen.com for literally everything – not just bigger purchases, but everyday small payments too. It saves me at least a few dozen złoty every month on fees and exchange rates, which really adds up over time.
What sets it apart is the app itself – the design and micro-interactions make it feel genuinely personal, not like another generic fintech. Small details that most apps ignore, and I love it for that.
Already recommended it to friends and family – it's simple enough even for less tech-savvy people, though it takes a little getting used to at first. Worth it.

Live chat & instant transfers
Not the type to leave reviews but this one deserves it. The live chat support actually works, you get a real answer, not a loop of automated replies. And the instant payment processing is genuinely instant, which sounds obvious but apparently isn't for most platforms. Solid tool, no complaints so far!!

Cashback issue solution
In the ZEN application, I reported via chat that I didn't receive cashback despite meeting the conditions. The entire process of verifying my application, along with proving the purchase, took less than 24 hours and I received cashback to my account.
