One more time Zenith insurance shows their true colours.
These scammers decited to charge me extra £20 for no reason on my monthly policy . After repeatedly trying to change my bank account on the app and wasn't working because of their faulty Rac system, telling me I will be charged, after waiting on the phone for hours, finally spoke to costumer support to change the details and they agreed to not charge that extra nonsense. After I realised they were going to take extra money anyway without my permission, I made a complaint and they basically confirmed my complaint however still charged me without a reasonable explanation. This is stealing, mistreatment of their clients and completely unethical money thirsty company. Good luck finding them when you actually need them.
I would stay away from them at all costs.

AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Please avoid this company at all costs!!!!!
I can’t wait until my van insurance year is finished with this company, they are awful.
On the 13th of December 2025, my van was crashed into while parked up on the side of the road.
My van is a 2020 ford transit which is around 6.5 metres in length.
On the 16th of December enterprise arrived on my doorstep with an extra long wheel baseVolkswagen craftsmen which measures around 7.8m long. I rejected this van due to how long it was. My 6.5m long van doesn’t fit well in a normal parking space or residential street so that van would be impossible to park.
It then took my insurance company/enterprise four weeks from the accident for them to bring me a replacement van out.
So I was without a van for four weeks and now I have been rejected loss of earnings because apparently I should have taken the first van offered to me.
I will be ending my insurance with Carpenters/Zenith as soon as my current year ends and I will never use them again.
I have been sent £200 compensation for the four weeks I had off which I might add I rejected on the day but apparently it had already been sent out.
I am a self employed roof tiler with two young children aged three and four, the stress this company has put me under over the Christmas 2025 period is disgusting.

would like to express how truly satisfied I am with Zenith Insurance. From the very beginning, their service has been professional, efficient, and reliable. The process was clear and straightforward, and their team was always helpful, polite, and quick to respond to any questions I had.
What impressed me the most was how smoothly everything was handled and how supported I felt throughout the entire experience. It’s rare to find an insurance company that combines great customer service with efficiency, but Zenith Insurance has definitely exceeded my expectations.
I highly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable and trustworthy insurance coverage.

They always say you can only tell good insurance company when you make a claim. I had an accident altogether I was dealing with three insurance companies for me. One insurance company dealing with insurance company with the other car drivers insurance company. Number 2 insurance company deal with the value of my car. Number 3 insurance company to take my car away. Zenith do absolutely nothing last month my insurance was due they sent me the details of reinsure my car then inform me they cannot insure me complete confusion never again

Have been insured with this company for a year. Phoned them to change insurance for a new car. I have had no claims or points on license, no missed payments, and they told me they cannot generate a code to insure me. They then have the audacity to charge me a cancellation fee., which I am sure is in their terms and conditions. They then ask if I would like to take out house insurance, you couldn't make it up! There was no effort made by the operator to see why they couldn't insure me. A very poor service and a company I would not recommend.

Another extremely disappointing experience with this company.
On 2 February 2026 I updated my policy after purchasing a new car. I was charged an additional premium of £46.38 plus a £25 administration fee. While I was unhappy about the admin charge — as my previous insurer never applied one — I reluctantly agreed to proceed.
Today, I simply added my private registration plate, which was already on retention. For this minor amendment, I have now been charged a further £50 premium increase and another £25 administration fee.
In total, I have paid approximately £150 just to move my insurance onto my new vehicle and update the registration number. This makes no sense. It is the same car, same engine, same driver, same risk — the only change is the registration plate.
I have made similar amendments with other insurers in the past and have never been charged anything close to this, often nothing at all.
With my policy due for renewal in just two months, this experience has ensured I will not be renewing. This level of charging for basic administrative changes feels excessive and unjustified.
Avoid these at all cost
