Charger broke almost immediately

The charger you sent me worked for about five minutes. Now it won’t work anymore. I have tried with multiple phones that are compatible and they don’t work. So this was a pretty bad experience

If I had the option of giving a zero instead of one star, I would.

When I place my IPhone on the wireless charger, it doesn’t receive a connection right away. I have to slide the phone and move it around til it connects and it’s never in the same place the next time.

Also, while sitting on the charger, it stops charging while at a lower percentage of charge in the 20% range.

Also, the rate of speed is very slow and it has never reached close to 80% much less 100% even though I have changed the settings to do so.

THEN, I inquired as to how to receive a refund, I received a link to complete a warranty form.

NO apologies for the numerous problems with the phone.

NO acknowledge for the inconvenience.

NOTHING, except “here’s the link”.

Won’t charge fully

After leaving the battery pack charging for 24 hours, only two bars were lit up and couldnt even fully charge my phone. Tried looking at the instruction manual but theres just a little section telling you how to turn on the device. I couldn't figue out how to turn it off and the manual didnt help. May be defective

Great nightstand chargers

Update: First of all, the nightstand chargers finally arrived and they are everything I hoped they would be. They have a heavy, solid, stable base and they look and feel very well made. Very satisfied with the chargers so far.

As for the shipping fiasco, FedEx sucks. The information I was given was, at best, inaccurate or misleading. FedEx told me on two different calls that the delay was due to missing or incomplete information. Zens ships internationally all the time and the paperwork was indeed complete. I'm honestly embarrassed that I ever doubted Zens service. I apologize for the negative review, but more than that, FedEx owes Zens an apology for attempting to blame Zens for the shipping delay.

(In my defense, the shipment sat at FedEx at CDG Airport in Paris from 7/27 - 8/5. That does seem a little excessive even if it is summer and people are on vacation and the Olympics are taking place. FedEx, if you're listening, if packages are delayed because of a backlog and a lack of staffing, don't ever blame the workers. This is entirely on you.)

I'm leaving my original comment below for context, but it is completely superseded by my update.

Zens is awesome. Go orange.

The item I purchased has been held by FedEx at CDG airport in Paris because of missing information. FedEx has made multiple attempts to contact Zens for the necessary information but Zens has yet to respond. Consequently, my package which was supposed to be delivered to me (in Oregon, US) by today is still being held at CDG airport in Paris and FedEx still has yet to hear from Zens.

We contacted FEDEX directly in response to your call last weekend. FEDEX assured us that all necessary paperwork is included with the shipment and that the only reason for this delay is the very busy schedule at the FEDEX Hub in Paris the last week and weekend.

The package arrived in America today. (6 July 2024). We would like to point out that this delay has nothing to do with a lack of service from our side.

I purchased the product based on a friend's recommendation, using it primarily with two iPhones. I like the design and the durability.
Delivery was a bit confusing but eventually received it in good order.

Amazing company

Amazing company! Great product and awesome customer service. Delivery was a matter of a couple of days. I love my new charging station, no more plugging and unplugging several devices everyday. I Highly recommend this company.
