The charger just doesn’t work
The charger just doesn’t work, very inconvenient bad charging. I have requested a refund for my order 921210671
They also only give a 14 day window to return the charger and return shipments is at your own expense. There is a lot of advertising on their website of a three year warranty so since the charger simply doesn’t work as it should I believe they should be covering all return costs.

Misleading product information
The product information provided in the e-shop is incomplete & misleading.
The charger ZESC18W/00 is described as "Suited for: MagSafe & Qi2 compatible devices". However this charger does not support Qi2, nor 15W charing for iPhones. This charger only provides slow 7.5W wireless charing for Apple iPhones -- this information is not provided in the e-shop and only available on the product packaging! Quite misleading.
Also, the e-shop does not respond to return requests submitted via their form on web site. No return instructions provided.

the products work satisfactorily which is good I could point out one little item perhaps missed by a few which is to check what plug-ins come with the product you are buying; I recently bought another charger which only had a European plug whereas I live in North America. The information is on the spec sheet.

Manufacturing fault
I have recently purchased the wireless charging device from ZENS, was hoping for a hassle free but my experience was not so good , device was making weird noises while charging, i have complained about the issue now first i have to return the device then they will check it and after that they will send me the new device and now i have to wait.

I have the 4-in-1 wireless charger and ordered the Single Wireless Charger so I can charge my airpods.
The product is powered by connecting to the 4-in-1 and works great!
