Zephyr Sail Shades Reviews 

The product is great, however I chose zephyr for next day delivery as wanted for a weekend bbq/party. Part of the order arrived but the rest didn’t. I emailed and tried online chat without response. After a week I got through by phone and the rest of the order was despatched and arrived next day. Probably just unlucky and would not put me off using again.

Good website, plenty of choice and a well made sail. Stronger than the previous ones I've had.

Really pleased with our sail from Zephyr Sails. We had purchased a sail from a high street DIY store and it started to fall apart quite quickly. Our Zephyr sail is much better quality and is not only functional but looks fantastic.

When the incorrect size sail was provided it was quickly rectified without delay or complaint. The product has been used for one week of hot weather so far and looks good and performs well. Thanks

Really good quality sail and good sales experience. They actually sent the wrong one at first but a quick call sorted it out and the right one came and it has been easy to put up and is now shading the car on the drive during the hot summer days.

Bought the 6x5m sail and its useless for keeping up as permanent summer solution like we wanted. Poor design and material quality. After following the installation instructions the sail would still not tension in the diagnals and its sags in the middle causing rain pooling which drips through. The stiching in the seams also popped during the installation whislt under had pulled tention.

Customer support got back in touch after a while and offered to refund.

Maybe the smaller sails will work like they state but no tention across the sail with the size i bought and very weak stitching.

Quick good service

I ordered a premium waterproof sail shade with a fixing kit and the package arrived the next working day. I was really impressed with the quality of the sail shade.

Their detailed installation guide made the setup easy. The sail shade is definitely waterproof, although I had to adjust the height of the corners to ensure proper water runoff. Now, I'm eagerly waiting for summer to fully enjoy it!

Web site said next day delivery and ordered for a garden party last minute. It didn’t arrive on time sadly hence the low rating.

26 days since ordering and still not received parts from this order which is preventing me from putting up my sail. Apparently the courier keep loosing it. Communication has been ok but I would have appreciated them prioritising this issue as it’s been so long.

Parcels went missing but company resolved issue via email quickly. Not yet fixed up yet but good quality.
