The water jug is very fragile
The water jug is very fragile, difficult to fill in (you have to remove the lid entirely) and the plastic tip of the jug arrived already broken and it falls when we pour the water out... Very disappointed in comparison with the tank we have bought previously.

Love my new ZeroWater filter!
Very quick delivery and in my opinion the water tastes even better than bottled water. The reader that comes with it also makes it really easy to know when the filter needs changing, unlike other filters. Highly recommend it!

Both aren't good
Both aren't good. I put the first one after 1 week stared to smell like fish and I changed it with the second one same after 2 weeks started smelling like fish. I'm not happy with that.

Poor quality and poorer customer service!
The filter was good for the first 10 days or so. Following that we started experiencing a “fishy” smell from the water. I emailed the customer support team who replied saying it’s normal cause my tap water’s TDS is high. Even though the TDS reading out of the filter is still 2!
Quite disappointed with the service.

Poor design of water pitcher
Poor design of water pitcher. Was delivered a week ago and I've trying to return it ever since. Doesn't seem to be any information on how to return it and customer services emailed me telling me to follow the instructions...I would if I could.
