Bas plastic used to seal the filters
The plastic used to seal the filters leaves black marks that are difficult to remove. It’s ironic for a product that’s supposed to clean the air. Sometimes easier-to-remove caps are used, but that’s rare.

Quality and service is very bad
The first two filtrations produce black water, and the TDS indicator shows that the water is not safe to drink. It wasn’t like this before — even after the first filtration, it already showed that the water was safe to drink. Now it`s different. I don`t like it,
The ordered filters are not packaged securely, and customer service claims that as long as the plastic wrapping is not completely torn, the filters are fine... That’s interesting, because I sent proof that the plastic packaging was already worn through. Maybe the employee did not review the photo documentation, or perhaps they meant only a complete tear of the foil — which is absurd.
When the filter is nearing the end of its lifespan, the water sensor still shows 0, but the water starts to taste bad. Why does the taste become unpleasant if it still displays 0? It wasn’t like this before. Few days later sensor show more then 0.
Something has changed, and it’s bad... Filters duration is also lower - my water TDS is same as before. I’m starting to look for an alternative. I have been with you for many years.

I still haven't received the filters…
I still haven't received the filters because the Royal Mail for some reason need my signature and couldn't drop the parcel off on my porch while I was not at home. These are just filters, not diamonds. Now I have to spend my time looking for them in some Royal Mail department
