Terrible customer service
I´ve returned a pair of sneakers for a refund, following every procedure indicated by the custumer service, on the December 3, 2025 and still haven´t got the refund.
After several email´s, asking for information about the returned items, the customer service doesn´t even reply to my requests.
I feel that this company is not reliable and suitable for customers.
Don´t buy from these people.

I would not order from these people, if you need to return anything they charge you £10 to do a refund and they do not do an exchange, the customer service is terrible they didn’t send me the full amount for the trainers and when I questioned them they sent me a rude email , no apologies just rudeness

I am extremely disappointed. Products are not good enough.
I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of Zespa shoes and the way the brand handles problems.
Over the past years, I bought three pairs of Zespa shoes, each around 200€. For this price and the way the brand presents itself – exclusive, premium, “family-run” with high standards – I expected shoes that are durable, reliable and well-made, not ones that show clear issues after a relatively short period of careful use.
When I contacted customer service about a pair with what I consider abnormal, premature wear, Zespa refused to acknowledge any quality problem and ultimately declined to replace them. Instead of standing behind their product, their solution was only a partial refund / credit, while insisting it was just “normal wear”.
For a brand in this price segment, that’s simply not good enough. If you charge around 200€ for sneakers, you should stand 100% behind your quality and offer real customer service when something goes wrong. Sadly, my experience shows that Zespa does not live up to the premium image it promotes.
I will not be purchasing from them again.

Been waiting for over three weeks for a refund. I’ve only had one response from customer support two weeks ago with no clarity on what was happening with the refund. Their website does not have a clear refund process which necessitated the need to contact customer support in the first place.

Shoes are truly amazing. Nice look, durability and feeling for those with leather inside. But had a bad surprise once with inside made out of mesh instead of leather as read on the online description. Error on the webside has been corrected since then.
Once they did the effort to send shoes towards my home in french polynesia, but the next time I'd like to order towards french polynesia, the order is cancelled, and when I ask why, they don't have a real explanation.
I like the shoes, but am a little bit disappointed by the people.

I read some of the reviews here, but since most of them were outside EU, I thought I would have better luck, boy was I wrong
The customer service is dreadful
Bought a pair of sneakers, they came with a defect, after 3 attempts of contact they finally replied
Offered me full refund in store credit, or refund minus some fee, even though the item is damaged...
The sneakers seem good quality so I decided to take the store credit
I returned the item and refund took almost 1 month to happen, even though item was delivered in 2 days
Used to store credit to buy another pair, THEY SENT ME THE EXACT SAME DAMAGED SNEAKERS
They didn't even relace the sneakers properly...
I will stay from any online purchases from this store, the sneakers seem pretty decent but it's definitely not worthwhile the hassle

The shoes are beautiful. I can’t wait to have a pair that fits.
The customer service is not good. I asked a sizing question via your website to compare to other French shoe brands I own because they were two different sizes for the same fit. Your customer service team never responded to my message, so I chose a .5 size between the two fits.
The sizing was off and I had to return the shoes. The return cost to France is at least 50% or more than the cost of the shoes themselves and I have no idea if the customs forms/declarations are correct.
I’d rather have the access to your global shipping and pay for that along with any duties based on your knowledge of the product and international shipping than try to find affordable shippers, deal with customs forms, etc.

Do not honour returns process
Terrible experience. Ordered a pair of trainers early January. Unfortunately, sizing was not right so had to send back. Contacted Zespa, followed return instructions exactly with tracked delivery service. Didn't hear anything for a couple weeks, checked tracking, item had been delivered. Queried with Zespa, Marine (not helpful at all) replied asking for proof of delivery and tracking number. Happily provided both, even with screenshot of delivery confirmation. Was then informed by Marine that the proof of delivery and tracking confirmation apparently does not count as proof of delivery and that a signature is required. Not at any point in the return are you told that this is the expectation for the process.
Have reached out twice since in dispute of the proof of delivery, have been ignored on both occasions!
At this point, seems like day light robbery! You do everything they ask but they then change the requirements, put the responsibility on you and ignore you... disgusting customer service!

Terrible returns process
The shoes are excellent, being of very high quality, and being very comfortable, hence I have four pairs. But the logistics for international returns outside of the EU is very challenging. I’ve returned a pair of shoes, have delivery confirmation and Zespa is stating they can’t find the trainers and will not return 200 euros to me. It’s basically theft. Hence you need to be very careful on this point if living outside of the EU.
In relation to the message below from Zespa - my deliver company whom I paid for the delivery - have confirmed it was delivered to your warehouse in France. You have the trainers and I’ve fulfilled my part of the contract. What I now expect is for a refund. For clarity I’be only returned one out of the two pairs I bought in December. I really expect this to be resolved.

Nice shoes - but bad quality with even worse customer support
Nice shoes, however the soles fall apart after about a year.
No problem if the shoes were replaced or repaired - however I do not get any response by the customer support.
