If I could give 0 stars I would - their customer service is rude and arrogant from someone who emails under the name MARINE. I hadn’t worn the sneakers much having had them for a year and they started to fall apart so I emailed them expecting some form of goodwill gesture to be honest. What I gor back in 2 replies from them was the worst customer service attitude I’ve ever had from a company. These sneakers are NOT worth the money and if you have a problem their attitude stinks - just avoid and buy from somewhere else like Common Projects where you get quality and care - I’m appalled by Zespa and will never ever buy from them again

Nice shoes, weird sizing, shocking returns process
The 3 models I ordered were actually really nice but the inconsistency in sizing between models meant I was a 43, 44 and 45 in different shoes.
I ended up returning my whole order and it took the best part of 2 months to receive a refund. This was not entirely Zespa’s fault. The return courier they used caused delays in the return. However, I as the customer do not find it acceptable to have my €500 refund held hostage for 2 months, after having been accused of never sending the items back.
Eventually got my money back minus a restocking fee.
I would completely avoid this company unless you can visit one of the bricks & mortar stores in France.

Poor return experience and strange sizing. Don't buy without trying them out.
I returned a pair of shoes that I bought from their online shop. They were 2cm longer than any other shoes of the same size that I've owned.
The return process was terrible:
It took 1 month for the return from Spain to France to be received at their warehouse and to be processed so that they could refund me. Also they kept 10 EUR (for the "amazing" return experience).
When I complained to their CX that this experience is very poor, their support stated that since they were answering my emails promptly they were doing a great job, who cares that they couldn't solve the customer's problem... maybe they thought I was contacting them because I was bored and wanted to chat with someone for a month...

2 pairs of ZSP4 owned - Terrible Quality
After having 1 pair of Zespas ZSP4 last summer which only lasted about 3 months before falling apart on the inside, I got another pair for my birthday gifted by my dad in late January.
I never wear my shoes more than 2-3x per week as I have several sneakers and like to rotate.
I've attached some images of the current 2 month old pair, which are already showing heavy wear even though I haven't worn them a whole lot. I also have a pair of Axel Arigato Clean 90s which I bought 1 & 1/2 years ago, which don't show any signs of wear at all on the inside and very minimal wear on the outside and they've been worn by me a lot more than the Zespas.
I really like the design of the ZSP4 and the brand, but when paying 200€ for a pair of sneakers that are marketed as "high-end crafted footwear " I expect a pair of shoes that lasts more than 3 months and doesn't fall apart on the inside and where the outer sole doesn't wear off its colour on the laces within a week of wearing.
A few days ago the first pair of laces ripped apart and now I’m on the reserve pair of laces that come with the shoes. Also here terrible quality.
I really think it's a pity and hope that they will improve on their quality in the near future. Until then, I will buy my sneakers from another brand.
Follow Up: talked with the support team of Zespa and after promising a refund / replacement pair here on trustpilot
Following my review, they came back after an internal discussion and said that this kind of wear is totally normal in such a short timeframe, so they won’t offer anything. I’m very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy from them.

I owned several pairs through the years, bought them from the actual shop. Decided to order through their website this time, as they do not have stockists in the UK, unfortunately the new style was not comfortable and it had to go back. That is where all the pain starts. They do not have a very clear return procedure for UK customers, they use third party company in France to proceed returns and it takes very very long time. Unacceptable customer service as you have to do everything for them i e chase their delivery agent in France, contact UK couriers, French couriers etc

Bad return experience, avoid
Hello,
Writing a complete feedback after the whole experience. Return experience sucks, only order if you’re 100% about your size.
I ordered shoes. I received them. The size was wrong.
At first I thought they didn't offer free return and was a bit shocked given the high price tag.
Turns out, they offered to take my return demand into account, so I was initially pleased.
Then, when they received the shoes, they only said that they would keep €10 for return participation and that initial shipping costs were not refunded. While this could be the case, I don’t like being played and seeing after in my bank account that I only received a partial refund. Feels like they’re playing you.
Avoid online orders if possible!

Zespa - exclusive trainers
I ordered a pair of ZSPGTMAX in navy. I am very satisfied with the quality and with the fitting of the trainers. They give a comfortable space to the toes.
The delivery to Germany took 4 business days which is absolutely appropriate.
A little issue I had was immediately resolved to my satisfaction. This is why I give 4 out of 5 stars.
I will definitely order again from Zespa and highly recommend them to any trainers enthusiats that look for exclusiveness.

Best price/quality ratio
Pros: Great, unique design and quality at a fair price.
Cons: It can be challenging to find your size as they aren't always available. Additionally, their products rarely go on sale, and when they do, only a small amount is deducted from the base price.
Overall, it offers a great experience in terms of price and quality.
