Easy ordering and assemble. Cooks amazing!

I saw z grills on Facebook about their buy one get 10 free over 50 years so the advertising caught my eye. I did a little research and looked at all the different options they had for grills. So I'm decided to make the purchase I just got it put together did the burn off and I got my brisket on the grill The temperature always stay steady at 225 and it is currently cooking and will be done in a couple hours. I very rarely ever buy anything expensive for myself and so far I'm extremely happy with the quality of the grill and the excellent customer service that I got when I called them. You definitely won't be disappointed

Love z grille, I recently placed an order with Z Grille for a smoker. The barrel came in damaged. I spoke to customer service, explained my situation. Customer service quickly sent me a new barrel. Outstanding customer service who stand behind thier product.

Just unpacked and built my 700d7.
Everything was packed with care.
Easy to read instructions. Everything was clearly labeled. Easy to assemble.
The start up procedure was clear and easy to understand.
I'm looking forward to my first cook this weekend.

It is hard to control the heating surface due to the location of the pot. Grease comes out the lid and covers the front of the bbq. The second or upper rack is to close to the main rack and interferes with using the main rack. Very hard to use together.

I got the 450b as a single person it’s just the right size. This smoker is built solid and very sturdy and came with a nice cover. Temps are always what you set it on no fighting to keep the temp right. This grill will cook 2 racks of ribs at once.

I owned my first ZGrill for 9 years without any issues at all, it still works perfectly, never had a single problem!
I passed it on to my son when I decided to take advantage of ZGrill's Reward Crowdfunding opportunity and upgrade to a Wi-Fi option.

Just made my second Z Grill purchase, Large 10002B2E, and couldn't be happier! Been with them since 2019 and have not had a propane grill since. Recommended to family and friends and continue to smoke great food using Z Grills!

The grill is of poor quality. The WiFi connection is difficult to get to work the 2.0 does not work at all. The grill will not hold temperature. And the manual controls are terrible. I would not recommend this grill!!!!

I had purchased a 450B about 2 years ago, I enjoyed it so much I upgraded to a 7052B this year and love it! Customer service has been great.

I recently took advantage of their crowdfunding promotion and am very pleased so far. The assembly was straight forward and easy, and the burn in process went seamlessly. The quality of the smoker is what I would have expected for the price and I have 0 regret in my purchase. I smoked my first rack of ribs the other day and I couldn't be happier with the results! Definitely a happy customer so far!

Purchased a 700d4e in February 2025 when they were running the lifetime program. It took a bit to get the app working with the grill but now I can say I am happy with my purchase. I have done a variety of items like a turkey breast and ribs as well as the usual steaks, hamburgers and hot dogs. Assembly was easy and once the hopper was broken in, no issues. Cleanup is easy and I look forward to many years of grilling/smoking with my grill.

After researching many pellet smokers, I chose the Z Grill because of it's history, the price point, the value for my money. After using my Z Grill now for several years, it has been an excellent performer, the customer service has been outstanding when needed! I continue to HIGHLY recommend the Z Grill to everyone I talk to about smokers...Charlie F.

I was impressed with the instructions and how all the parts came together perfectly.
The wifi app is impressive and smoker holds temp within 5 degrees. Overall great experience.

The Grill was easy to assemble and appears to be of good quality. My last grill literally rusted away until one of the legs dropped off. I have good hopes for my new Z Grill and have tested it and am impressed by it's temperature control ability. The one issue I have is that when I upgraded to new WIFI controls I found it was programmed to operate with the antiquated 2.4 g system instead of 5 g . I set up an old router to make it work.
